الگوی روابط ساختاری رفتار‌های مدنی تحصیلی بر اساس تحول مثبت نوجوانی و هوش اخلاقی با نقش میانجی سرمایه روانشناختی: یک مطالعه توصیفی

زمینه و هدف: امروزه تقویت و پرورش رفتار‌های مدنی به دلیل چالش‌های مراکز آموزشی در بین کودکان و نوجوانان بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل علی رفتار‌های مدنی تحصیلی بر اساس تحول مثبت نوجوانی و هوش اخلاقی با نقش میانجی سرمایه روان‌شناختی بود.مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش توصیفی (همبستگی) از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه دانش‌آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شهر مهاباد در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 تشکیل دادند که از میان آن‌ها تعداد 360 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه رفتار مدنی تحصیلی golparvar، سرمایه روان‌شناختی luthans، تحول مثبت نوجوانی arnold و همکاران و هوش اخلاقی lennick و kie بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش همبستگی pearson، مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که اثر مستقیم تحول مثبت نوجوانی بر رفتار مدنی تحصیلی (0.001p<، 0.829=β)، هوش اخلاقی بر رفتار مدنی تحصیلی (0.001>p، 0.812=β) و سرمایه روان‌شناختی بر رفتار مدنی تحصیلی (0.001>p، 0.392=β) بود. هم‌چنین، اثر غیرمستقیم تحول مثبت نوجوانی بر رفتار مدنی تحصیلی به واسطه سرمایه روان‌شناختی (0.001>p، 0.257=β) و هوش اخلاقی بر رفتار مدنی تحصیلی به ‌واسطه سرمایه روان‌شناختی (0.001>p، 0.117=β) بود.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر می‌توان گفت تحول مثبت نوجوانی و هوش اخلاقی نقش کلیدی در پیش‌بینی رفتار‌های مدنی تحصیلی دارند و توجه بیشتر مراکز آموزشی به این متغیر‌ها در پیش‌بینی رفتار‌های مدنی تحصیلی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

the pattern of structural relationships of academic civic behaviors based on the positive development of adolescence and moral intelligence with the mediating role of psychological capital: a descriptive study

background and objectives: nowadays, strengthening and cultivation of civic behavior among children and teenagers has been given more attention due to the challenges of educational centers. therefore, the aim of the present study was to develop a causal model of academic civic behavior based on the positive development of adolescence and moral intelligence with the mediating role of psychological capital.materials and methods: the current research is a descriptive-correlational study based on structural equation modeling. the statistical population of the research included all the second year high school students of mahabad city in the academic year 2022-2023, out of which 360 people were selected as the sample size using multi-stage cluster random sampling. the tools used in the research included golparvar’s academic civic behavior questionnaire, luthans’ psychological capital, arnold et al.’s positive adolescent development, and lennick and kiel’s moral intelligence. data analysis was performed using pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling.results: the results showed that there was a direct effect of positive youth development on academic civic behavior (β=0.829, p<0.001), moral intelligence on academic civic behavior (β=0.812, p<0.001), and psychological capital on academic civic behavior (β=0.392, p<0.001). also, the indirect effect of positive adolescent development on academic civic behavior was through psychological capital (p<0.001, β=0.257) and moral intelligence on academic civic behavior was through psychological capital (p<0.001, β=0.117).conclusion: according to the findings of the current research, it can be said that the positive development of adolescence and moral intelligence play a key role in predicting academic civic behavior, and it seems necessary for educational centers to pay more attention to these variables in predicting academic civic behavior.keywords: academic civic behaviors, positive adolescent development, moral intelligence, psychological capital, students    funding: this study did not have any funds. conflict of interest: none declared. ethical approval: the ethics committee of azad university, sanandaj branch, approved the study (ir.iau.sdj.rec.1403.117). authors’ contributions:- conceptualization: delband baban, qumarth karimi- methodology: delband baban, qumarth karimi- data collection: delband baban- formal analysis: delband baban, qumarth karimi- supervision: qumarth karimi, yahya yarahmadi- project administration: delband baban, qumarth karimi, yahya yarahmadi- writing - original draft: delband baban- writing - review & editing: delband baban, qumarth karimi, yahya yarahmadi
