رابطه والدگری هلی‌کوپتری و هویت‌یابی در نوجوانان با نقش واسطه‌گری خودمختاری: یک مطالعه توصیفی

زمینه و هدف: والدگری یکی از مفاهیم پر اهمیت حوزه بالینی و خانواده درمانی به شمار می‌آید. با توجه به مطرح شدن والدگری هلی‌کوپتری در شیوه‌های مورد استفاده والدین و جهت بررسی مکانیزم اثر این متغیر بر وضعیت هویت، لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین اثر میانجی خودمختاری در ارتباط بین والدگری هلی‌کوپتری و سبک هویت یابی بود.مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. تعداد 207 نفر از دانش‌آموزان متوسطه استان تهران در سال 1402 به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و پرسش‌نامه‌های والدگری هلی‌کوپتری، خودمختاری و وضعیت چهارگانه هویت را تکمیل نمودند. تحلیل یافته‌ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی pearson و تحلیل مسیر انجام گرفت.یافته‌ها: ارتباط‌های بین والدگری هلی‌کوپتری و خودمختاری (0.400-=r)، والدگری هلی‌کوپتری و سبک هویت (کسب‌ شده 0.346-=r، ضبط ‌شده 0.362=r، دیررس 0.267=r) و آشفته 0.337=r) وخود مختاری و سبک هویت (کسب‌ شده 0.203=r، ضبط‌ شده 0.154=r، دیررس 0.196-=r  و آشفته 0.166-=r) با سطح معناداری کمتر از 0.01 تایید شدند. ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم برای هر چهار سبک هویت معنادار به دست آمده (0.01>p) و اثر میانجی تایید شد. در عین حال ضرایب مسیر مستقیم نیز معنادار به دست آمد (0.05>p).نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر به نظر می‌رسد والدگری هلکوپتری با محدود کردن خودمختاری نوجوان می‌تواند شکل‌گیری هویت را با مشکل مواجه کند. لذا طراحی مداخلاتی برای افزایش خودمختاری نوجوانان و همین طور بسته‌های آموزشی برای افزایش آگاهی خانواده‌ها در زمینه والدگری هلکوپتری پیشنهاد می‌شود.

the relationship between helicopter parenting and identification in adolescents in tehran with the mediating role of autonomy: a descriptive study

background and objectives: parenting is considered as one of the significant concepts in the fields of clinical psychology and family therapy. with the emergence of helicopter parenting in parenting styles, and to examine the mechanism of this variable’s effect on identity status, the present study investigated the mediating effect of autonomy in the relationship between helicopter parenting and identification style.materials and methods: this study was a descriptive-correlational research. a total of 207 high school students from tehran province, in 2023, were selected using convenience sampling and completed questionnaires on helicopter parenting, autonomy, and the four identity statuses. data analysis was conducted using pearson’s correlation test and path analysis.results: the relationships between helicopter parenting and autonomy (r=-0.400), helicopter parenting and identity styles (acquired, r=-0.346; recorded, r=0.362; identity interruption, r=0.267 and chaotic, r=0.337), and autonomy and identity styles (acquired, r=0.203; recorded, r=-0.154; identity interruption, r=-0.196 and chaotic, r=-0.166) were confirmed with a significance level of less than 0.01. the indirect path coefficients for all four identity styles were found to be significant (p<0.01), confirming the mediating effect. additionally, direct path coefficients were also found to be significant (p<0.05).conclusion: based on the findings of the present study, it appears that helicopter parenting, by limiting adolescents’ autonomy, can hinder identity development. therefore, it is suggested to develp interventions aimed at increasing adolescents’ autonomy, as well as educational packages to raise awareness among families regarding helicopter parenting.keywords: autonomy, adolescents, helicopter parenting, identification funding: this study did not have any funds.conflict of interest: none declared.ethical considerations: the ethics committee of university of science and culture approved the study (ir.acecr.usc.rec.1403.012).authors’ contributions:- conceptualization: samaneh behzadpoor- methodology: samaneh behzadpoor- data collection: maliheh gholami- formal analysis: maliheh gholami- supervision: samaneh behzadpoor- project administration: samaneh behzadpoor- writing - original draft: marzieh ghoreyshi- writing - review & editing: samaneh behzadpoor, marzieh ghoreyshi
