معرفی و راهنمای انجام مرور سریع به عنوان روشی سریع، دقیق و کارامد در دنیای پژوهش: آموزش مداوم

مرورهای سریع به‌عنوان یک ابزار ارزشمند در زمینه پژوهش‌ها و ترکیب شواهد، ظاهر شده‌اند. این مرور به عنوان گونه‌ای از خانواده مرورهای نظام‌مند، از دستورالعمل‌های آن پیروی می‌کند. مرور نظام‌مند و مرور سریع هر دو روش‌های مهمی برای تجمیع شواهد پژوهشی هستند که به منظور پاسخ به سوالات علمی، طراحی شده‌اند، اما با یکدیگر تفاوت‌هایی دارند. مرور نظام‌مند یک روش علمی جامع و دقیق است که برای جمع‌آوری، ارزیابی و تحلیل شواهد موجود به منابع گسترده و زمان قابل توجهی نیاز دارد. مرور سریع به عنوان یک روش تجمیع دانش شناخته می‌شوند و با وجود اینکه دستورالعمل‌های مرور نظامند را دنبال می‌کند، اما با ساده سازی یا حذف برخی مراحل آن، به تولید دانش سرعت می‌بخشد. این مرور به عنوان یک رویکرد کارآمد و سریع برای شرایطی طراحی شده که نیاز به تصمیم‌گیری فوری وجود دارد. مراحل انجام مرور سریع شامل تنظیم و اصلاح سوال پژوهش با مشورت کاربران دانش، تعیین معیارهای واجد شرایط بودن، جستجوی منابع محدود و شفاف، ارزیابی و استخراج داده‌ها، و ارائه شواهد به صورت خلاصه و طبقه‌بندی شده است. به طور کلی، در حالی که مرورهای نظام‌مند برای تصمیم‌گیری‌های قوی و جامع‌تر مناسب‌اند، مرورهای سریع به دلیل سرعت و کارآیی بالا در شرایط اضطراری بسیار مفید خواهند بود. این مطالعه در ابتدا به تعریف و تشریح علل ظهور مرورهای سریع و مقایسه آن با مرور نظام‌مند می‌پردازد. در ادامه گام های انجام مرور سریع و در انتها کاربردها و امتیازات، روش‌شناسی و چالش‌های انجام آن مطرح می‌شود.
