کاربرد مدل پرستاری سازگاری روی جهت مراقبت از کودک مبتلا به شیگلوزیس: گزارش مورد

زمینه و هدف: کاربرد مدل‌های مفهمومی پرستاری در فرآیند مراقبت، چارچوبی برای تفکر انتقادی پرستار جهت بررسی شرایط مددجو، تجزیه‌وتحلیل بهتر شرایط، افزایش حضور در بالین و افزایش مشارکت بیمار در امر مراقبت را فراهم می‌کند.مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه موردی با هدف ارتقاء مراقبت پرستاری بر روی کودک 9 ساله‌ با تشخیص بیماری شیگلوز بستری در بیمارستان علی‌ابن‌ابی‌طالب رفسنجان بر اساس مدل پرستاری سازگاری روی، انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از مشاهده، مصاحبه و مستندات بیمار جمع‌آوری و در چهار بعد، بر اساس مراحل فرآیند پرستاری مدل سازگاری روی، تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: تشخیص‌های پرستاری در چهار مد فیزیولوژیک، مفهوم خود، ایفای نقش و وابستگی متقابل بر اساس مدل مربوطه مشخص و مراقبت‌های پرستاری اجرا و ارزشیابی شد.نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از برنامه مراقبتی بر اساس مدل پرستاری سازگاری روی می‌تواند در افزایش کیفیت مراقبت از کودکان بستری موثر باشد. استفاده از این رویکرد به مسئولین و پرستاران بخش‌های کودکان پیشنهاد می‌شود.

application of roy’s adaptation model of nursing for nursing care of a child with shigellosis: a case report
