   اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه بر ناگویی خلقی و اندیشه‌پردازی خودکشی در زنان قربانی خشونت خانگی: یک مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی

چکیده    زمینه و هدف: با توجه به افزایش تعداد قربانیان خشونت خانگی و مشکلات آن‌ها در زمینه ناگویی خلقی و اندیشه‌پردازی خودکشی به نظر می‌رسد به‌کارگیری مداخلاتی مانند درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه با هدف کاهش خشونت خانگی ضروری است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه بر ناگویی خلقی و اندیشه‌پردازی خودکشی در زنان قربانی خشونت خانگی انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع شبه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پی‌گیری دو ماهه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی زنان قربانی خشونت خانگی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز اورژانس اجتماعی و کلینیک‌های مشاور خانواده شهر تهران در نیمه دوم سال 1402 بود. تعداد 33 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش (18 نفر) و کنترل (18 نفر) گمارش شدند. گروه آزمایش 10 جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای آموزش دیدند و گروه کنترل آموزشی دریافت نکردند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های خشونت نسبت به زنان haj-yahia (2001)، ناگویی خلقی bagby (1994) و اندیشه‌پردازی خودکشی beck و steer (1991) بود. داده ها با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس دوطرفه با اندازه‌گیری های مکرر تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پی‌گیری در ناگویی خلقی (117.27=f، 0.001>p) و اندیشه‌پردازی خودکشی (47.19=f، 0.001>p)، تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد و این تفاوت تا مرحله پی‌گیری نیز تداوم داشته است.نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه بر ناگویی خلقی و اندیشه‌پردازی خودکشی در زنان قربانی خشونت خانگی موثر است. بنابراین، استفاده از این رویکرد جهت کاهش ناگویی خلقی و اندیشه‌پردازی خودکشی به روان‌شناسان و متخصصان حیطه خانواده پیشنهاد می‌گردد.

   the effectiveness of integrated trans-diagnostic therapy on alexithymia and suicidal ideation in female victims of domestic violence: a quasi-experimental study

Abstract    background and objectives: considering the increase in the number of victims of domestic violence and their major problems in the field of on alexithymia and suicidal ideation, it seems necessary to use psychological intervention such as integrated trans-diagnostic therapy with the aim of reducing domestic violence. therefore, the present study was conducted with aim of investigating integrated trans-diagnostic therapy and on alexithymia and suicidal ideation and in female victims of domestic violence.materials and methods: the present study was a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design and a two-month follow-up with a control group. the statistical population of the research included all female victims of domestic violence who referred to social emergency centers and family counseling clinics in tehran from october 2023 to march 2024. thirty-three people were selected by purposive sampling and randomly assigned into experimental (18 people) and control groups (18 people). the experimental group was trained in 10 60-minute sessions, and the control group did not receive any training. data collection tools included violence against women (haj-yahia, 2001), alexithymia (bagby, 1994), and suicidal ideation (beck & steer, 1991) questionnaires. data were analyzed using two-way repeated measures anova.results: the results showed that there was a significant difference across the three stages of pre-test, post-test, and follow-up in alexithymia (f=117.27, p<0.001) and suicidal ideation (f=47.19, p<0.001), and this difference lasted through the follow-up stage.conclusion: the present study showed that trans-diagnostic therapy is effective on alexithymia and suicidal ideation in female victims of domestic violence. therefore, using this
