تخمین میزان پرتوگیری دانشجویان رشته رادیولوژی در کارآموزی بیمارستانی در مرکز درمانی امام خمینی(ره) ساری در سال 1402: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به گسترش روزافزون استفاده از پرتوهای یونیزان، هدف این مطالعه تخمین میزان پرتوگیری دانشجویان رشته رادیولوژی در کارآموزی بیمارستانی بود.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، دز دریافتی دانشجویان رادیولوژی در کارآموزی در مرکز درمانی امام خمینی(ره) ساری در سال 1402 با استفاده از دزیمتر قلمی‌بررسی شد. تعداد 182 بیمار با 363 اکسپوژر با شرایط تکنیکی متفاوت، رادیوگرافی شدند. آهنگ دز محیطی با استفاده از دزیمتر گایگر اندازه‌گیری شد. حد پرتوگیری در هر جلسه کارآموزی و سالانه دانشجویان محاسبه شد. داده‌ها با آزمون t یک نمونه‌ای، آنالیز شدند.یافته‌ها: میانگین دز موثر تجمعی دانشجویان در هر جلسه کارآموزی msv 0.021 و پرتوگیری سالانه این گروه msv 1.05 محاسبه شد که از آستانه دز پرتوکاران کمتر است.نتیجه‌گیری: دز دریافتی دانشجویان در حد آستانه سالانه پرتوگیری عموم جامعه قرار دارد. با این حال، ضروری است همانند سایر پرتوکاران بخش، از یک ابزار دزیمتری فردی استفاده نمایند.  

radiation dose estimation of technology radiology students during internship course at imam khomeini medical center in sari, 2023: a short report
