بررسی وضعیت ارگونومی دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی رفسنجان با روش rula در سال 1401: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: حرفه دندان‌پزشکی یکی از آسیب‌پذیرترین حرفه‎ها است. هدف از این تحقیق تعیین وضعیت ارگونومی دانشجویان دندان پزشکی رفسنجان با روش rula (rapid upper limb assessment) در سال 1401 بود.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی، دانشجویان در یک ترم تحصیلی با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس (50 نفر) انتخاب شدند. جهت بررسی وضعیت ارگونومیکی و اسکلتی-عضلانی به ترتیب از روش‌های‌ rula و پرسش‌نامه nowerdik استفاده گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های ناپارامتریک کی اسکور و اسپیرمن انجام شد. یافته‌ها: در بررسی وضعیت ارگونومیکی با ابزار rula درصد بالایی از دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی در اولویت اقدام اصلاحی سه (34 درصد) و چهار (56 درصد) قرار داشتند. رابطه معنی‌داری بین نمره درس ارگونومی با نمره نهایی rula وجود نداشت (p>0.05).نتیجه‌گیری: بیشتر دانشجویان دندان پزشکی رفسنجان نیازمند ایجاد تغییرات پوسچر و آموزش های بیشتر می‌با‌شند. هم چنین، علائم اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی و درد در دانشجویان دندان پزشکی رفسنجان درصد بالایی داشت.

examining the ergonomic status of rafsanjan dental students using the rula method in 2022: a short report
