بررسی نقش میانجی اختلال در عملکرد اجتماعی در رابطه بین اضطراب و خودآزاری در کودکان طلاق: یک مطالعه توصیفی

زمینه و هدف: اختلال عملکرد اجتماعی و اختلال خودآزاری از اختلال‌های شایع در کودکان طلاق است و این مشکلات می‌تواند اختلالات روانی جدی به همراه داشته باشد و برای فرد، جامعه و خانواده مشکلات بسیاری به وجود آورد. هدف از این پژوهش تعیین ارتباط اضطراب و خودآزاری در کودکان طلاق با توجه به نقش میانجی اختلال عملکرد اجتماعی بوده است.مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش توصیفی حاضر از نوع همبستگی با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کودکان طلاق مشغول به تحصیل در مدارس ابتدایی شهر تهران در سال 1402 بودند که از این میان 200 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس شناسایی شدند و مقیاس تشخیص اختلالات مرتبط با اضطراب کودکان birmaher و همکاران، پرسش‌نامه مهارت‌های اجتماعی matson و همکاران و مقیاس خودآزاری taghizadeh را تکمیل کردند. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده از طریق روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین اضطراب با توجه به ضرایب مسیر (0.168) با اختلال در عملکرد اجتماعی کودکان طلاق رابطه وجود دارد (0.01>p). بین اختلال در عملکرد اجتماعی با ضریب مسیر 0.272 با خودآزاری در کودکان طلاق رابطه وجود دارد (0.01>p). در نهایت، بین اضطراب کودکان، با ضریب مسیر 0.612 با خودآزاری در کودکان طلاق رابطه وجود دارد (0.01>p).نتیجه‌گیری: اختلال در عملکرد اجتماعی در ارتباط بین اضطراب و خودآزاری در کودکان طلاق نقش واسطه‌ای دارد. بنابراین، ارتقاء عملکرد اجتماعی فرد را قادر می‌سازد با دیگران رابطه موثر داشته باشد و از عکس‌العمل‌های نامعقول خودداری کند.

investigating the mediating role of social dysfunction in the relationship between anxiety and self-harm in children of divorce: a descriptive study

background and objectives: social dysfunction and self-harm disorder are common disorders in children of divorce and these problems can cause serious mental disorders and many problems for the individual, society, and family. the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between anxiety and self-harm in children of divorce, considering the mediating role of social dysfunction. materials and methods: the method of the current research was a descriptive correlation type using structural equations modeling. the statistical population of this research was children of divorce studying in primary schools in tehran in 2023; out of which, 200 people were identified by convenience sampling method, and completed the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders by birmaher et al., social skills questionnaire by matson et al., and taghizadeh’s self-injury scale. the collected data were analyzed through structural equations modeling method.results: the results showed that there is a relationship between anxiety according to the path coefficients of 0.168 and impairment in the social functioning of children of divorce (p<0.010). there is a relationship between social dysfunction and the path coefficient of 0.272 and self-harm in children of divorce (p<0.010). finally, there is a relationship between children’s anxiety with the path coefficient of 0.612 and self-harm in children of divorce (p<0.010).conclusion: disruption of social functioning plays a mediating role in the relationship between anxiety and self-harm in children of divorce. therefore, the promotion of social performance enables a person to have an effective relationship with others and avoid unreasonable reactions. keywords: anxiety, masochism, social functioning disorder, children of divorcefunding: this study did not have any funds.conflict of interest: none declared.ethical considerations: the ethics committee of islamic azad university of isfahan (khorasgan) branch approved the study (ir.iau.khuisf.rec.1403.042).authors’ contributions:- conceptualization: masoumeh salman- methodology: masoumeh salman- data collection: masoumeh salman- formal analysis: masoumeh salman, alireza taghvaee - supervision: alireza taghvaee - project administration: masoumeh salman- writing - original draft: masoumeh salman- writing - review & editing: masoumeh salman, alireza taghvaee
