بررسی فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری در مبتلایان به افسردگی از دریچه اقتصاد رفتاری: یک مطالعه مروری

زمینه و هدف: افسردگی با مشکلاتی در تعاملات و ارتباطات اجتماعی همراه است. اکثر تحقیقات انجام ‌شده در این حوزه از وظایف غیرتعاملی استفاده می‌کنند. تئوری بازی‌های اقتصادی به‌عنوان شاخه‌ای از اقتصاد رفتاری می‌تواند ابزار جدیدی برای بررسی تعاملات و تصمیم‌گیری‌های اجتماعی در شرایط تعاملی و پویا ارائه دهد و به درک بهتر اختلالات عصبی _روانی کمک کند. در این پژوهش، با مرور سیستماتیک در مقالات، تئوری بازی‌های اقتصادی، نحوه تصمیم‌گیری افراد افسرده در موقعیت‌های تعاملی بررسی شده است.روش‌ها: به روش مرور سیستماتیک، از پایگاه‌های داده scopus و web of science تعداد 45 مقاله مرتبط از سال 2010 تا 2023 استخراج شد. پس حذف مقالات تکراری و بررسی ملاک‌های ورود و خروج در نهایت تعداد 23 مقاله که نحوه تصمیم‌گیری بیماران با علائم افسردگی را در بازی‌های اقتصادی بررسی کرده بودند مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد عملکرد مبتلایان به افسردگی در بازی‌های اقتصادی متفاوت از گروه سالم است. این تفاوت‌ها در دو گروه مولفه‌های شناختی و اجتماعی قابل‌بحث هستند. مولفه شناختی به زیر مولفه‌های نظریه ذهن، طرحواره شناختی منفی، سوءگیری در ادراک و پردازش شناختی محدود و همچنین مولفه اجتماعی به زیر مولفه‌های اجتناب اجتماعی، مقایسه و رقابت اجتماعی و اعتماد بین فردی طبقه‌بندی شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: بازی‌های اقتصادی ممکن است به شناسایی انتخاب‌های غیر بهینه و ناسازگار مرتبط با اختلال افسردگی کمک کنند و بنابراین ابزار قدرتمندی برای کشف نشانگرهای شناختی و اجتماعی نامزد در اختلال افسردگی ارائه دهند.

examining the decision-making process in depressed patients from the perspective of behavioral economics: a review study

background and objectives: depression is associated with problems in social interaction and communication. most of the research conducted in this field uses non-interactive tasks. the theory of economic games as a branch of behavioral economics can provide a new tool for investigating interactions and social decisions in interactive and dynamic conditions and help to better understand neuro-psychiatric disorders. in this research, the decision making of depressed people in interactive situations is investigated with a systematic review of economic game theory articles.methods: by systematic review method, 45 related articles from 2010 to 2023 were extracted from scopus and web of science databases. after removing the duplicate articles and checking the exclusion criteria, finally, 23 articles that analyzed the decision-making process of patients with depression symptoms in economic games were analyzed.results: the findings showed that the performance of depression sufferers in economic games is different from the healthy group. these differences can be discussed in two groups of cognitive and social components. the cognitive component was classified into the subcomponents of theory of mind, negative cognitive schema, bias in perception, and limited cognitive processing, and the social component was classified into the subcomponents of social avoidance, social comparison and competition, and interpersonal trust.conclusion: economic games may help identify suboptimal and maladaptive choices associated with depressive disorder and thus provide a powerful tool for discovering candidate cognitive and social markers of depressive disorder.keywords: depression, behavioral economics, decision making, economic games, social interactionsfunding: this study did not have any funds.conflict of interest: none declared.ethical considerations: not applicable.authors’ contributions:conceptualization: roshanak khodabakhsh pirklani   - methodology: seyedeh sara shakeri- data collection: seyedeh sara shakeri- formal analysis: roshanak khodabakhsh pirklani, seyedeh sara shakeri   - supervision:  seyedeh sara shakeri- project administration: roshanak khodabakhsh pirklani- writing – original draft: seyedeh sara shakeri- writnig – review & editing: roshanak khodabakhsh pirklani, seyedeh sara shakeri
