بررسی سطح سرمی سایتوکاین‌های tgf-β و il-6 موثر بر سیستم ایمنی بیماران دیابتی مبتلا به عفونت انگلی توکسوپلاسما: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: سایتوکاین‌ها نقش اساسی در تنظیم تعامل سلول‌های ایمنی در دیابت و عفونت‌هایی مانند توکسوپلاسموز دارند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین سطوح سرمی transforming growth factor beta;tgf-β و interlukin-6;il-6 در بیماران دیابتی مبتلا به توکسوپلاسموز انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه در شهرستان زابل بر روی بیماران دیابتی نوع i و ii با و یا بدون مبتلا به توکسوپلاسموز انجام شد. سطح سرمی سایتوکاین‌های هدف با روش الایزا بررسی شد. داده‌ها با آزمون anova یک‌طرفه تجزیه ‌و ‌تحلیل شدند. جهت بررسی شاخص‌های دموگرافیک از آزمون کای اسکوئر استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: افزایش معنی‌دار tgf-β درگروه دیابت نوع ii مبتلا به توکسوپلاسموز مشاهده شد. افزایش بسیار جزئی در سطح سرمی  il-6 در گروه دیابتی نوع i مبتلا به توکسوپلاسموز مشاهده شد، اما سطح tgf-β کاهش داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که  افزایش tgf-β و کاهش il-6 در افراد مبتلا به دیابت نوع ii با توکسوپلاسموز می‌تواند نشانه‌ای از کاهش التهاب در این گروه از بیماران باشد.

investigation of the serum levels of tgf-β and il-6 cytokines effective on the immune system of diabetic patients with toxoplasma parasitic infection: a short report
