بررسی روایی و‌ ‌پایایی پرسش‌نامه سلامت روانی و اجتماعی دانشجویان در تعیین افکار خودکشی و‌ ‌اقدام به آن در دانشجویان یک دانشگاه صنعتی ایران در سال 1400: یک مطالعه توصیفی

زمینه و هدف: توسعه مقیاس سلامت روان در بین دانشجویان، مستلزم استفاده از ابزارهای غربالگری کارآمد و متناسب با فرهنگ جامعه است. از آن جایی که هر ابزار ارزیابی مانند پرسش‌نامه، باید روایی و‌ پایایی مناسبی داشته باشد، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین روایی و‌ پایایی پرسش نامه مورد استفاده در تعیین افکار خودکشی و‌ اقدام به آن در دانشجویان یک دانشگاه صنعتی ایران در سال 1400 انجام شده است.مواد و‌ روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی در سال 1400 بر روی 8440 نفر از دانشجویان یک دانشگاه صنعتی ایران انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه بود که روایی محتوایی آن با استفاده از نسبت روایی محتوایی (content validity ratio; cvr) و‌ شاخص روایی محتوایی (content validity index; cvi) بررسی شد. پایایی درونی پرسش نامه به روش آلفای کرونباخ و kuder-richardson بررسی شد.یافته‌ها: از آن جا که تعداد 10 نفر از کارشناسان سوالات را بررسی کردند،cvr  قابل قبول برای این پرسش نامه 0/62 بود که تعداد 39 سوال در محدوده قابل قبول قرار گرفتند. در بررسی cvi سوالات هم تعداد 40 سوال دارای cvi قابل قبول (بالاتر از 0.79) بودند. ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ و kuder-richardson در سنجش پایایی درونی دو مقیاس این پرسش نامه به ترتیب 0/93 و 0.87 محاسبه گردید که  نشان می دهد این پرسش نامه از پایایی خوبی برخوردار است.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر، پرسش نامه سلامت روانی و اجتماعی دانشجویان از روایی و‌ پایایی نسبتاً مناسبی برخوردار است، اما تغییر و‌ جایگزینی برخی از سوالات که نسبت روایی محتوایی و شاخص روایی محتوایی مطلوبی نداشتند ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

examining the validity and reliability of the students’ mental and social health questionnaire in determining suicidal thoughts and suicide attempts in the students of an iranian university of technology in 2021: a descriptive study

background and objectives: the development of the mental health scale among students requires the use of efficient screening tools that are compatible with the society’s culture. since every evaluation tool such as a questionnaire must have adequate validity and reliability, the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the validity and reliability of the questionnaire used to determine suicidal thoughts and actions among the students of an iranian university of technology in 2021.materials and methods: this descriptive study was conducted in 2021 on 8440 students of an iranian university of technology. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose content validity was checked using the content validity ratio (cvr) and the content validity index (cvi). the internal reliability of the questionnaire was checked by cronbach’s alpha and kuder-richardson method.results: since 10 experts checked the questions, the acceptable cvr for this questionnaire was 0.62, and 39 questions were within the acceptable range. in examining the cvi of the questions, 40 questions had an acceptable cvi (higher than 0.79). cronbach’s alpha and kuder-richardson’s coefficients in measuring the internal reliability of this questionnaire were calculated as 0.93 and 0.87, respectively, indicating that this questionnaire has good reliability.conclusion: based on the results of the current study, the students’ mental and social health questionnaire has relatively appropriate validity and reliability, but it seems necessary to change and replace some questions that did not have favorable content validity ratio and content validity index.key words: validity, reliability, suicide, students, suicidal thoughtsfunding: this study did not have any funds.conflict of interest: none declared.ethical approval: the ethics committee of rafsanjan university of medical sciences approved the study (ir.rums.rec.1401.188).how to cite this article: naimabadi hamidreza, yaghubi hamid, zafar masoud, vazirinejad reza, ahmadinia hassan, rezaeian mohsen. examining the validity and reliability of the students’s mental and social health questionnaire in determining suicidal thoughts and suicide attempts in the students of an iranian university of technology in 2021: a descriptive study. j rafsanjan univ med sci 2024; 22 (12): 1315-34.
