چگونه یک تجمع خودکشی را مشخص کرده و با آن مقابله نمائیم؟

تجمع خودکشی به جمع‌آمدگی یا گردآمدگی دو مورد یا موارد بیشتر از خودکشی اطلاق می‌گردد که این موارد از نظر زمان و مکان آن‌قدر به هم نزدیک هستند که نمی‌توانند به صورت تصادفی رخ داده باشند. رخداد تجمع خودکشی به ویژه اگر در نوجوانان و جوانان یک منطقه رخ دهد، می‌تواند نظام بهداشتی را با چالش‌های فراوانی مواجه نماید. همچنین، عدم شناسایی به موقع و نداشتن برنامه مقابله‌ای موثر با هر تجمع خودکشی، باعث بدبینی و عدم اعتماد مردم جامعه به مسئولان محلی و منطقه‌ای می‌گردد. در سال‌های اخیر، مواردی از تجمع خودکشی در ایران و جهان گزارش شده است که متاسفانه تبعات گوناگون و ناخواسته‌ای به همراه داشته است. از این رو، مقاله حاضر به دنبال پاسخ‌گویی به دو سوال مهم است: اول این‌که، چطور می‌توان یک تجمع واقعی خودکشی را در کوتاه‌ترین زمان ممکن تشخیص داد؟ دوم این‌که، چطور می‏توان یک برنامۀ مقابله‌ای موثر با تجمع خودکشی را طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی نمود؟
