طراحی و آزمون مدل ساختاری اعتیاد به بازی‌های برخط بر اساس بدرفتاری روان‌شناختی دوران کودکی با نقش میانجی‌ همجوشی شناختی: یک مطالعه توصیفی

زمینه و هدف: اعتیاد به بازی های برخط بر سلامت جسمی و روانی نوجوانان تاثیر منفی می گذارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش میانجی‌ همجوشی شناختی در رابطه بدرفتاری روان شناختی دوران کودکی با اعتیاد به بازی‌های برخط انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: در پژوهش توصیفی حاضر، جامعه‌ آماری شامل کلیه‌ دانش‌آموزان (نوجوانان) دختر و پسر دوره‌ اول متوسطه منطقه آموزش و پرورش بستک هرمزگان بود که در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 به تحصیل اشتغال داشتند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای تعداد 350 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به پرسش نامه‌های بدرفتاری روان شناختی، همجوشی شناختی و اعتیاد به بازی‌های برخط پاسخ دادند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که پاسخ‌گویی هیجانی، طرد کردن/ترساندن، غیراخلاقی/صادقانه نبودن، پرتوقع/انعطاف‌ناپذیری، منزوی‌سازی به ترتیب با مقدار ضریب 0/48، 0/41، 0/28، 0/31 و 0/32 به صورت مستقیم با اعتیاد به بازی‌های برخط ارتباط معناداری دارند (0/001>p). هم چنین، پاسخ‌گویی هیجانی، طرد کردن/ترساندن، پرتوقع/انعطاف‌ناپذیری و منزوی‌سازی به ترتیب با مقدار ضریب 0/24، 0/19، 0/08 و 0/14 با میانجی‌گری همجوشی شناختی به صورت غیرمستقیم با اعتیاد به بازی‌های برخط ارتباط معناداری دارند (0/001>p).نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد بدرفتاری روان‌شناختی دوران کودکی به صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم با میانجی‌گری همجوشی شناختی، با اعتیاد به بازی‌های برخط ارتباط معناداری دارند. از لحاظ کاربردی متخصصان می‌توانند از یک‌سو شیوه‌های ارتباطی والدین با فرزندان را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده و از سوی دیگر ضمن چالش‌های شناختی و گذشته‌نگر به دنبال کاهش اعتیاد به بازی‌های برخط و سوء گیری‌های شناختی باشند.

designing and testing the structural model of online gaming addiction based on childhood psychological maltreatment with the mediating role of cognitive fusion: a descriptive study

background and objectives: online gaming addiction has a negative effect on the physical and mental health of adolescents. the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the mediating role of cognitive fusion in the relationship between childhood psychological maltreatment and online gaming addiction. materials and methods: in the current descriptive study, the statistical population included all middle school  students (boys and girls) in the education department of bastak (hormozgan province), who were studying in the academic year 2021-2022, and 350 people were selected as a sample using the multi-stage cluster random sampling method. they answered questionnaires of psychological maltreatment, cognitive fusion, and online gaming addiction. structural equations modeling was used to analyze the data. results: the results showed that emotional responsiveness, rejection/intimidation, unethical/not being honest, high expectations/inflexibility, and isolation are directly and significantly related to online gaming addiction with coefficient values of 0.48, 0.41, 0.28, 0.31, and 0.32, respectively (p<0.001). also, emotional responsiveness, rejection/intimidation, high expectations/inflexibility, and isolation have a significant relationship with online game addiction indirectly with the mediation of cognitive fusion with coefficient values of 0.24, 0.19, 0.08 and 0.14, respectively (p<0.001). conclusion: the present study showed that childhood psychological maltreatment has a significant relationship directly and indirectly with the mediation of cognitive fusion, with online gaming addiction. from a practical point of view, experts can evaluate the communication methods of parents with their children on the one hand, and on the other hand, seek to reduce online gaming addiction and cognitive exploits, along with cognitive and retrospective challenges.
