بررسی وضعیت رعایت پروتکل‌های بهداشتی در پیش‌گیری از انتقال ویروس کرونا در فروشگاه‌های مواد غذایی شهرستان بابل در سال 1401: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: در فروشگاه های مواد غذایی، برخی رفتارهای غیربهداشتی می‌توانند عاملی جهت کرونا باشند. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت رعایت پروتکل‌های بهداشتی در فروشگاه های مواد غذایی شهرستان بابل انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه توصیفی حاضر میان 214 نفر از مشتریان فروشگاه های مواد غذایی در بابل در سال 1401 انجام شد. اطلاعات با مصاحبه و پرسش‌نامه‌ای روا و پایا جمع‌آوری گردید. آنالیز داده ها با آزمون آماری مجذور کای انجام شد. یافته ها: به ترتیب 2 نفر (0.9 درصد)، 44 نفر (20.6 درصد) و 168 نفر (78.5 درصد) مشتریان اظهار داشتند که رعایت پروتکل‌های بهداشتی در فروشگاه های مواد غذایی ضعیف، متوسط و خوب بود. 40.7 درصد مشتریان (87 نفر) از اقدامات بهداشتی در فروشگاه کاملاً راضی بودند و 31.8 درصد (68 نفر) گزارش کردند که برای خرید به برند فروشگاه مواد غذایی توجه می نمایند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد وضعیت بهداشتی فروشگاه های مواد غذایی مورد بررسی مطلوب بود. توصیه‌های بهداشتی می‌تواند کمک کننده باشد.

background and objectives: in food stores, some unsanitary behaviors can be a factor in the transmission of coronavirus. therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the status of compliance with health protocols in preventing the transmission of the coronavirus in food stores in babol. materials and methods: the present descriptive study was conducted among 214 customers of food stores in babol. information was collected through interviews using a valid and reliable questionnaire. data analysis was performed using chi-square test. results: two people (0.9 percent), 44 people (20.6 percent), and 168 people (78.5 percent) of customers said that compliance with health protocols in food stores was poor, average, and good, respectively. 40.7% of the customers (87 subjects) were completely satisfied with the hygiene measures in the store, and 31.8% (68 subjects) reported that they pay attention to the brand of the grocery store for shopping. conclusion: the results showed that the health condition of the investigated food stores was favorable. health recommendations can be helpful.
