تاثیرات احتمالی عالمگیری کووید -19 بر رفتار خودکشی در سراسر جهان: یک مطالعه مروری ساختارمند

زمینه و هدف: مطالعات انجام گرفته در زمینه ی شناخت عوارض ناشی از همه گیری covid-19 اختلالات روانی ناشی از این بیماری را که زمینه ساز رفتار خودکشی هستند نشان داده اند. بنابراین هدف از انجام این مطالعه، تعیین تاثیر احتمالی پاندمی covid-19 بر رفتار خودکشی در سراسر جهان با استفاده از انجام یک مرور ساختارمند می باشد.مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر یک مرور ساختارمند می باشد. با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی، pandemiccovid-19، suicide،  attempted suicide، و معادل فارسی آنها، مقالات نمایه شده در پایگاه های medline, psycinfo, pubmed, scopus, and web of science ،google scholar، جستجو و جمع آوری گردید. به خاطر نو بودن پاندمی و تاثیرات آن بر روی سلامت روان افراد، سعی گردید همه مقالات مرتبط را بازیابی کرده و در چهار گروه قرار داده شود 1) تفسیر ها و نقطه نظرات، 2) مقالات مروری، 3) گزارش مورد ، 4) مقالات پژوهشی اصیل.یافته ها: تعداد 1560 مقاله به دست آمد. مقالات تکراری و غیر مرتبط با موضوع 1507 مقاله بود که حذف گردید. در نهایت 53  مقاله مورد بررسی نهایی قرار گرفت. علاوه بر مشکلات جسمی، فاصله گذاری اجتماعی، جداسازی، قرنطینه و اجرای محدودیت ها جهت کاهش موارد این بیماری، زمینه ساز اختلالات روانشناختی از جمله خودکشی، مشکلات اقتصادی، اختلال در تعاملات اجتماعی می باشند.نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد دسترسی آسان به خدمات بهداشت روان، پرهیز از نشر اطلاعات، فیلم و تصاویر از منابع نامعتبر، کمک گرفتن از خطوط تلفن بحران، فعال کردن بازار کار، حمایت مالی دولت، تجهیزات کافی برای پرسنل بیمارستان و مراکز سلامت می تواند در کاهش روند موارد خودکشی موثر باشد.   

possible effects of covid-19 pandemic on suicide behavior in the world: a structured review study

background and objectives: several studies on the consequences of covid-19 pandemic have indicated mental health disorders that can trigger suicidal behavior. therefore, the aim of this study was to study the possible effects of the covid-19 pandemic on suicidal behavior using a structured review. materials and methods: this study is a structured review. for reteriving the related articles keywords such as pandemic covid-19, suicide, attempted suicide and their farsi equivalents were used to search medline, psycinfo, pubmed, scopus, web of science and google scholar. due to the novelty of this pandemic and its great effects on people’s mental health, it was tried all related articles be retrieved and placed in the following four groups: 1) commentary and points of view, 2) review articles, 3) case report and case series, and 4) original research articles.results: about 1560 articles were obtained. 1507 articles were not related to our subject, which were deleted.finally, 53 related articles were reviewed. in addition to physical problems, psychological disorders such as suicide, economic problems, and disruption of social interactions are the most important consequences of this pandemic, which result from social distancing, segregation, quarantine, and limitations associated with the disease.conclusion: it seems that easy access to and mental health services, avoiding publishing information, film and images from unreliable sources, getting help from crisis hotlines, activating the labor market, support and assistance by government funding, and providing adequate equipment for hospital and health center staff can be effective in reducing suicides.key words: covid-19 pandemic, suicide, suicide attempt funding: noneconflict of interest: noneethical approval: none how to cite this article: rahmani a, rezaeian m. possible effects of covid-19 pandemic on suicide behavior and attempt in the world: a structured review study. j rafsanjan univ med sci 2021; 20 (1): 85-119.
