زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر رﺷﺪ ﺷﺒﻪ اﻧﺴﻮﻟﯿﻦ-1 1-insulin-like growth factor-1: igf و ﻣﯿﻮﺳﺘﺎﺗﯿﻦ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺆﺛﺮی در ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ اﻧﻘﺒﺎضﻫﺎی ﻋﻀﻼﻧﯽ، ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ و ﺗﺤﺮﯾﮏ ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﯿﺴﻢ ﻋﻀﻼت دارﻧﺪ. از اﯾﻦ رو ﻫﺪف از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﺛﺮ ﻫﺸﺖ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﺑﺎ و ﺑﺪون ﻣﺤﺪودﯾﺖ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﺧﻮن ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان1-igf ﺳﺮﻣﯽ و ﻣﯿﻮﺳﺘﺎﺗﯿﻦ دﺧﺘﺮان ورزﺷﮑﺎر ﺑﻮد. ﻣﻮاد و روشﻫﺎ: در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، 33 دﺧﺘﺮ ورزﺷﮑﺎر ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه 11 ﻧﻔﺮه: 1- ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﺳﻨﺘﯽ traditional resistance training: trt ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪت 80 درﺻﺪ ﯾﮏ ﺗﮑﺮار ﺑﯿﺸﯿﻨﻪ ، 2- ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﺪودﯾﺖ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﺧﻮن blood flow restriction: bfr ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪت 30 درﺻﺪ ﯾﮏ ﺗﮑﺮار ﺑﯿﺸﯿﻨﻪ و 3- ﮔﺮوه ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﺪودﯾﺖ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﺧﻮن ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﺪون اﻧﺠﺎم ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﺟﻠﻮﺑﺎزو ﺑﺎ ﻫﺎﻟﺘﺮ و ﭘﺮس ﺳﯿﻨﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺎﻟﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 8 ﻫﻔﺘﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮی ﺧﻮﻧﯽ ﻗﺒﻞ از ﺷﺮوع و 48 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﭘﺲ از اﺗﻤﺎم ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﺮای ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺳﻄﻮح 1-igf و ﻣﯿﻮﺳﺘﺎﺗﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ روش آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ اﻻﯾﺰا اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. از آزﻣﻮن t زوﺟﯽ ﺑﺮای ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات درونﮔﺮوﻫﯽ و از آزﻣﻮن آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﯾﮏﻃﺮﻓﻪ ﺑﺮای ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺑﯿﻦﮔﺮوﻫﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داری p<0/05 در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﯿﻮﺳﺘﺎﺗﯿﻦ در ﻫﺮ دو ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﯽ trt و bfr در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداری داﺷﺖ p=0/014 وﻟﯿﮑﻦ 1-igf ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداری وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ 0/137=p . ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮی: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺸﺎﺑﻪ اﺛﺮ bfr و trt ﺑﺮ ﺳﻄﻮح ﺳﺮﻣﯽ1-igf و ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﻮﺳﺘﺎﺗﯿﻦ در دﺧﺘﺮان ورزﺷﮑﺎر، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﺑﺮای ﺣﻔﻆ ﺳﻼﻣﺘﯽ، از ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪت ﮐﻢﺗﺮ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ bfr ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎی trt اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻧﻤﻮد.

Abstract
|
background and objectives: regular aerobic exercises along with herbal supplements can control inflammation. the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of aerobic exercises and octopamine consumption on gene changes of nlr family pyrin domain containing 3 nlrp3 , absent in melanoma 2 aim2 and caspase 9 in brown adipose tissue in rats after consuming deep fried oil.materials and methods: the present study was an experimental study. forty male wistar rats were randomly divided into groups of 8 included: healthy control, control poisoned with fried oil, poisoned + aerobic exercise, poisoned + octopamine, and poisoned + aerobic exercise + octopamine. the fried oil was fed orally to rats for 4 weeks. the dose of octopamine was 81μmol/kg. the aerobic exercise groups also trained on the treadmill with increasing intensity for four weeks. real time pcr and ihc methods were used to determine changes in nlrp3, aim2, caspase 9 genes as well as changes in nlrp3 protein expression, respectively. two-way analysis of variance was used to analyze the data.results: aerobic exercise caused a significant decrease in nlrp3 p=0.010 and aim2 p=0.001 gene expression compared to the poisoned control group. octopamine supplementation also significantly reduced nlrp3 p=0.009 and aim2 p=0.001 gene expression. the interaction of exercise and aerobic exercise caused a significant decrease in nlrp3 protein p=0.001 .conclusion: applying 4 weeks of exercise or taking octopamine alone by controlling the inflammasome complex reduces cell death in brown adipose tissue, which is effective in browning and making adipose tissue more efficient.key words: apoptosis, nlrp3, aim2, brown adipose tissue, aerobic exercise, octopamine, deep fried oil funding: this study did not have any funds.conflict of interest: none declared.ethical approval: the ethics committee of the faculty of veterinary medicine, sannandaj university approved the study ir.muk.rec.1398.242 . how to cite this article: darvishzadeh n, azizbeigi k, etemad z. the effect of aerobic exercises and octopamine consumption on changes in gene expression of caspase-9, nlrp3, aim2 in brown adipose tissue of rats after intoxication with deep fried oil: an experimental study. j rafsanjan univ med sci 2021; 20 1 : 37-52.
