تدوین مدلی برای پیش‌بینی ضربه عشقی بر اساس سبک‌های حل مساله با میانجی‌گری انعطاف‌پذیری ‌شناختی در دانش‌جویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال 1398: یک مطالعه توصیفی

زمینه و هدف: ضربه عشقی در دانش جویان پدیده‌ای رایج است که باعث مسائل و مشکلات تحصیلی و روان‌شناختی در آن‌ها می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین مدلی برای پیش بینی ضربه عشقی بر اساس سبک‌های حل مساله با میانجی گری انعطاف‌پذیری ‌شناختی در دانش جویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی-همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش جویان مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در نیم سال دوم سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بودند. تعداد 200 نفر از این افراد به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند از بین جامعه آماری فوق انتخاب و به پرسش‌نامه‌های انعطاف‌پذیری ‌شناختی dennis و همکاران، سبک‌های حل مساله cassidy و همکاران و ضربه عشقی rosse و همکاران پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که ضربه عشقی با انعطاف‌پذیری ‌شناختی (r=-0.51, p<0.001) و سبک‌های حل مساله (r=-0.64, p<0.001) ارتباط منفی معنی‌دار دارد. هم چنین، انعطاف‌پذیری ‌شناختی با سبک‌های حل مساله (r=0.32, p<0.001) ارتباط مثبت معنی‌دار دارد. شاخص های برازش مدل نیز، تاثیر سبک‌های حل مساله بر ضربه عشقی را با میانجی گری انعطاف‌پذیری ‌شناختی تایید کرد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نقش سبک‌های حل مساله و انعطاف‌پذیری ‌شناختی در پیش‌بینی ضربه عشقی از لحاظ کاربردی برگزاری کارگاه های آموزشی مبتنی بر کاهش نشانگان ضربه عشقی، آموزش راهبردهای حل مساله و مدیریت هیجانات پیشنهاد می گردد.

developing a model for predicting love trauma based on problem-solving styles with the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in the students of mohaghegh ardabili university in 2019: a descriptive study

background and objectives: love trauma is a common phenomenon in students that causes various academic and psychological problems. the present study aimed to investigate the development of a model for predicting love trauma based on problem-solving styles with the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in the students of mohaghegh ardabili university. materials and methods: this study was descriptive-correlation. the statistical population included all the students of mohaghegh ardabili university in the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020, out of which, a sample of200 students was selected via purposive sampling method and responded to love trauma (rosse), cognitive flexibility (dennis et al.) and problem solving styles (cassidy et al.) questionnaires. data were analyzed using structural equation modeling.results: the results showed that love trauma was negatively associated with cognitive flexibility (r=-0.51, p<0.001) and problem-solving styles (r=-0.64, p<0.001). moreover, cognitive flexibility was positively associated with problemsolving styles (r=0.32, p<0.001). model fitness indicators also confirmed the effect of problem-solving styles on love trauma through the cognitive flexibility. conclusion: according to the role of problem-solving styles and cognitive flexibility in the prediction of love trauma, it is recommended to hold training workshops based on reducing the symptoms of love trauma and teaching problemsolving strategies and emotion management.
