بررسی صحت عملکرد اتوکلاو نوع b مطب‌های دندان پزشکی شهر رفسنجان در سال 1398: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: از آن‌جایی که ابزارهای استفاده شده در دندان پزشکی پس از درمان بیمار آلوده می شوند و رایج ترین روش استریلیزاسیون این ابزارها، استفاده از اتوکلاو می باشد. لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین صحت عملکرد اتوکلاو نوع b مطب‌های دندان پزشکی شهر رفسنجان در سال 1398 بود.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی تعداد 42 مطب دندان پزشکی بررسی شد. به منظور ارزیابی عملکرد اتوکلاوها از اندیکاتور بیولوژیکی sporview و دستگاه انکوباتور با درجه حرارت 60-55 درجه سلسیوس استفاده شد. اطلاعات پس از گردآوری با استفاده از آزمون ناپارامتری من- ویتنی و مجذور کای مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که 85.69 درصد از اتوکلاوها فرآیند استریلیزاسیون را به درستی انجام داده و 14.31 درصد از آن‌ها در انجام این فرآیند شکست خوردند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که اتوکلاوهای نوع b مطب های دندان پزشکی شهر رفسنجان از عملکرد مناسبی جهت استریل کردن ابزارها برخوردارند.
