بررسی استرس شغلی و راه‌های مدیریت آن در بین کارکنان اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی ایران: یک مرور نظام‌مند

زمینه و هدف: کارکنان اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی با محیط‌های استرس‌زا روبه رو هستند. مدیریت استرس شغلی می تواند باعث ماندگاری کارکنان در شغل خود و ارائه خدمات مناسب در سریع ترین زمان به بیماران گردد. به این منظور پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین استرس شغلی و راه‌های مدیریت آن در بین کارکنان اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی ایران، انجام ‌شده است.مواد و روش ها: در مرور نظام‌مند حاضر، مطالعات منتشر شده انگلیسی و فارسی ‌زبان بدون محدودیت زمانی با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط به‌صورت الکترونیکی از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی فارسی و انگلیسی pubmed، web of science، scopus، sid، magiran و گوگل اسکالر جستجو و مرور شدند. پس از حذف مقالات تکراری و نامرتبط، کیفیت مقالات بر اساس چک‌لیست استروب توسط نویسندگان ارزیابی شد. در نهایت، برای ترکیب داده‌ها از روش سنتز روایتی استفاده گردید. یافته ها: پس از انجام غربالگری، از بین 113 مطالعه شناسایی ‌شده، درنهایت 12 مطالعه بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج به مرحله سنتز نهایی رسیدند. اکثر مطالعات میزان استرس شغلی را متوسط گزارش کردند. عوامل فردی، شغلی، سازمانی و محیطی بر استرس شغلی کارکنان موثر بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: کارکنان اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی به طور متوسط با موقعیت‌های استرس‌زا در ایران مواجه هستند. استفاده از استراتژی‌هایی همچون برنامه‌های مداخله آموزشی، برنامه شکرگزاری و اقدامات مدیریتی مانند کاهش شیفت‌های کاری و بهبود امکانات رفاهی می‌تواند به کاهش استرس شغلی کارکنان شاغل در مراکز اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی کمک کند.

job stress and its management methods among pre-hospital emergency staff in iran: a systematic review

background and objectives: prehospital emergency staff face stressful environments. job stress management can make employees stay in their occupations and provide appropriate services to patients as soon as possible. therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of determining jobrelated stress and its management methods among prehospital emergency staff in iran.materials and methods: in this systematic review, published english and persian studies without time limitation were searched and reviewed electronically in persian and english databases from pubmed, web of science, scopus, sid, magiran, and google scholar using related keywords. after removing duplicate and unrelated articles, the quality of the articles was evaluated by the authors based on the strobe checklist. finally, the narrative synthesis method was used to combine the data. results: after screening, among the 113 studies, 12 studies reached the final synthesis stage based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. most of the studies reported moderate levels of occupational stress. individual, occupational, organizational, and environmental factors were effective in the occupational stress of employees.conclusion: prehospital emergency workers face stressful situations on average in iran. using strategies such as educational intervention programs, gratitude programs, and management measures such as reducing work shifts and improving comfort facilities can help reduce the occupational stress of employees working in prehospital emergency centers. key words: prehospital emergency, job stress, stress management, systematic reviewfunding: this study did not have any funds.conflict of interest: none declared.ethical approval: none applicable.how to cite this article: farrokhi pouria, irannejad behrooz, hajizadeh alireza. job stress and its management methods among prehospital emergency staff in iran: a systematic review. j rafsanjan univ med sci 2022; 21 (06): 66176.
