پوشش واکسن آنفلوانزا و عوامل مرتبط با آن در پرسنل بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر بیرجند در سال 1397: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: واکسیناسیون فصلی آنفلوانزا در پرسنل بهداشتی درمانی توصیه می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین پوشش واکسن آنفلوانزا و عوامل مرتبط با آن در پرسنل بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر بیرجند انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، پرسشنامه محقق ‌ساخته شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک، استفاده از واکسن آنفلوانزا، آگاهی و نگرش و دلایل احتمالی استفاده و یا عدم استفاده از واکسن، برای 233 نفر از پرسنل بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر بیرجند تکمیل گردید. در نهایت داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری chisquare و mann whitney u تجزیه و تحلیل گردیدند.یافته‌ها: 8.8 درصد سابقه استفاده سالیانه از واکسن و 48.5 درصد سابقه حداقل یک‌بار استفاده از واکسن آنفلوانزا را داشتند. میانگین نمره آگاهی و نگرش در خصوص واکسیناسیون آنفلوانزا 1.90±5.5 از حداکثر نمره 9 بود.نتیجه‌گیری: پوشش واکسیناسیون آنفلوانزا در پرسنل بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر بیرجند پایین می‌باشد و نیاز به آموزش بیش‌تر برای افزایش آگاهی پرسنل وجود دارد.

Influenza Vaccination Coverage Rates and Other Related Factors in Personnel of Birjand Teaching Hospitals in 2018: A Short Report

Background and Objectives: Seasonal influenza vaccination is recommended in health care workers. The aim of this study was to evaluate the coverage of influenza vaccine and its related factors in the staff of Birjand teaching hospitals.Materials and Methods: In this crosssectional study, a researchermade questionnaire including demographic, ward and hospital characteristics of the workplace, regular and annual use of seasonal influenza vaccine, staff knowledge and attitude questions, possible reasons for using or not using the vaccine were completed by 233 participants. The data was analyzed by using chisquare and MannWhitney U tests.Results: 8.8 percent of the staff had annual vaccine use and 48.5percent had at least one seasonal influenza vaccine. The mean score of knowledge and attitude among the hospital personnel regarding influenza vaccination was 5.5±1.9 out of 9.Conclusion: Influenza vaccination coverage is low in educational hospitals staff in Birjand.
