سلول‌های بنیادی سرطان: یک مرور روایی

سلول های بنیادی سرطان (cancer stem cells (csc) یا سلول های آغاز کننده تومور بخش کوچکی از سلول های توموری را تشکیل می دهند که توانایی خود بازآفرینی، تمایز به رده های سلولی مختلف را دارند و در مقایسه با سایر سلول‌های بنیادی توانایی تومور زایی بالایی را در بافت‌ها و اندام‌های مختلف بدن دارا هستند. سلول های بنیادی سرطان در میکرو محیط های خاصی ساکن هستند که به عنوان کنام شناخته می شود. کنام csc‌ها از انواع مختلف سلول ها تشکیل شده است که باعث حفظ حیات و بهبود ویژگی های csc‌ها می شوند. در این مطالعه مروری، ویژگی‌های csc‌ها ، روش‌های جداسازی و تشخیص آن ها، ارتباط دو طرفه بین csc و کنام بررسی شده است. هم‌چنین مسیرهای پیام‌رسانی مهم سلول های بنیادی شامل hedgehog، wnt، notch و hippo که به طور رایجی در csc‌ها تغییر می یابند و نقش حمایتی برای csc‌ها را ایفاء می کنند و هدف های درمانی این مسیرها که در از بین بردن csc‌ها و درمان سرطان نقش دارند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته شده است.

Cancer Stem Cells: A Narrative Review

 Cancer Stem Cells (CSCs) or tumorinitiating cells are a subpopulation of cells within the heterogenous tumor with the potential for selfrenewal and differentiation into various cell lines. They also have a high tumorigenic potential in all tissues and organs of the body compared to other stem cells. CSCs reside in special microenvironments that are referred to as the niche. CSCs niches are comprised of different types of cells that cause CSCs to be survived and their features to be improved. In this review article, CSCs features, their separation and identification methods and bilateral relationship between CSCs and niches have been examined.
