رابطه بین دوسوگرایی در ابراز هیجان با کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت و پیروی از درمان در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان: نقش میانجی افسردگی و حمایت اجتماعی: یک مطالعه توصیفی

زمینه و هدف: دوسوگرایی درابراز هیجان نقش مهمی در کیفیت زندگی و پیروی از درمان در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش میانجی افسردگی و حمایت اجتماعی در رابطه بین دوسوگرایی با کیفیت زندگی و پیروی از درمان در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی و مبتنی بر مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. بدین منظور 206 بیمار ‌مبتلا به سرطان مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی دزفول در سال 1399 به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پرسش‌نامه‌های دوسوگرایی در ابراز هیجان، کیفیت زندگی، پیروی از درمان، افسردگی و حمایت اجتماعی را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آماری مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و همبستگی pearson مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دوسوگرایی با کیفیت زندگی (0.183=β)، بین افسردگی با پیروی (0.178=β)، (0.05≥p)، بین دوسوگرایی با حمایت اجتماعی (0.411=β)، بین افسردگی با کیفیت زندگی (0.288=β)، (0.01≥p)، رابطه منفی معنادار و بین دوسوگرایی با افسردگی (0.441=β)، بین حمایت اجتماعی با کیفیت زندگی (0.221=β)، بین حمایت اجتماعی با پیروی (0.249=β)، (0.01≥p)، رابطه مثبت معنادار وجود دارد. نقش میانجی متغیرهای افسردگی و حمایت اجتماعی تایید شد.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تایید نقش میانجی افسردگی و حمایت اجتماعی در رابطه بین دوسوگرایی با کیفیت زندگی و پیروی از درمان توصیه می‌شود که در درمان‌های روان شناختی، در وهله اول متغیر دوسوگرایی را مورد بررسی و سنجش قرار داده و نقش مهم متغیرهای واسطه‌ای در نظر گرفته ‌شوند.

The Relationship between Ambivalence over Emotional Expression and Health-Related Quality of Life and Adherence to Treatment in Cancer Patients: The Mediating Role of Depression and Social Support: A Descriptive Study

Background and Objectives: Ambivalence over emotional expression plays an important role in quality of life and adherence to treatment in cancer patients. The aim of this study was to determine the mediating role of depression and social support in the relationship between ambivalence and quality of life and adherence to treatment in cancer patients.Materials and Methods: The present study was descriptive and based on structural equation modeling. For this purpose, 206 cancer patients referred to Dezful medical centers in 2020 were selected by convenience sampling method and completed questionnaires of ambivalence over emotional expression, quality of life, adherence to treatment, depression, and social support. Data were analyzed using statistical methods of structural equation modeling and Pearson’s correlation.Results: The results showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between ambivalence and quality of life (β=0.183), depression and adherence (β=0.178) (p<0.05), ambivalence and social support (β=0.411), between depression  and quality of life (β=0.288) (p<0.01) and a positive and significant relationship between ambivalence and depression (β=0.441), social support and quality of life (β=0.221), social support and adherence to treatment (β=0.249) (p<0.01).
