ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس‌های فرسودگی و وسواس کووید-19 در دانشجویان، طی همه‌گیری کرونا ویروس 2019

زمینه و هدف: همه گیری کووید-19 باعث ایجاد مشکلات روان شناختی و جسمانی مختلفی در سراسر جهان شد. در همین راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اعتبار و روایی مقیاس های فرسودگی و وسواس کووید-19 انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع ارزشیابی بود. نمونه‌ها شامل 350 نفر (227 زن و 123 مرد) از دانشجویان دانشگاه های تهران در سال 1400 بودند که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و مقیاس فرسودگی کووید-19، مقیاس وسواس کووید-19، پرسش نامه سلامت روان و پرسش نامه پریشانی روان شناختی را تکمیل کردند. ویژگی های روان سنجی مقیاس های فرسودگی و وسواس کووید-19 از طریق آزمون تحلیل عامل تاییدی، روایی واگرا، روایی هم زمان، همبستگی pearson و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تحلیل شد. یافته ها: ساختار تک عاملی مقیاس فرسودگی کووید-19 (0.89=comparative fit index; cfi، 0.07= root mean square error; rmse) و وسواس کووید-19 (rmse=0/07 ،cfi=0/92) با استفاده از تحلیل عامل تاییدی بررسی و تایید شد. در بررسی روایی ملاکی هم زمان و واگرا، همبستگی مقیاس های فرسودگی و وسواس کووید-19 با مقیاس پریشانی روان شناختی مثبت و معنادار بود (0.001>p). هم چنین، رابطه فرسودگی وسواس کووید-19 با سلامت روان نیز منفی و معنادار بود (0.001>p). ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای مقیاس فرسودگی و وسواس کووید-19 نیز به ترتیب 0.91 و 0.82 به دست آمد. نتیجه گیری: یافته ها بیان‌گر روایی و پایایی قابل قبول مقیاس های فرسودگی و وسواس کووید-19 می باشد و ساختار این مقیاس ها می توانند به منظور بررسی شدت فرسودگی و وسواس افراد طی همه گیری کروناویروس 2019 مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.

Psychometric Properties of Persian Version of COVID-19 Burnout and Obsession Scales in Students during the Coronavirus 2019 Pandemic

Background and Objectives: The COVID19 pandemic caused various psychological and physical problems in many people around the world. In this regard, the present study was conducted to investigate the validity of the COVID19 Burnout and Obsession Scales.Materials and Methods: The method of this research was a descriptiveanalytical evaluation study. The sample consisted of 350 (227 females and 123 males) students of Tehran universities in 2021 who were selected by the convenience sampling method and completed COVID19 Burnout Scale, COVID19 Obsession Scale, Mental Health, and Psychological Distress Questionnaires. Psychometric properties of COVID19 Burnout and Obsession Scales were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis, divergent validity, concurrent validity, Pearson rsquo;s correlation, and Cronbach #39;s alpha coefficient.Results: The onefactor structure of the COVID19 Burnout Scale (comparative fit index; CFI=0.89, root mean square error; RMSE=0.07) and COVID19 Obsession (CFI=0.92, RMSE=0.07) were investigated and confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis. In the study of concurrent and divergent criterion validity, the correlation of COVID19 Burnout and Obsession Scales with the Psychological Distress Scale was positive and significant (p<0.001). The relationship between Burnout, Obsession, And Mental Health was also negative and significant (p<0.001).
