تاثیر آموزش تریاژ از طریق تلفن همراه هوشمند بر میزان دانش و تصمیم‌گیری پرستاران اورژانس

زمینه و هدف: تریاژ سریع و دقیق بیماران کلید موفقیت در مراقبت از بیمار است و شناسایی بیمارانی که نیاز به مراقبت های اورژانسی دارند را ممکن سازد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش تریاژ از طریق تلفن همراه هوشمند بر میزان دانش و تصمیم‌گیری پرستاران انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی با یک گروه پیش آزمون و پس آزمون در سال 1399 انجام شد که در آن 25 پرستار تریاژ بخش اورژانس بیمارستان های دانشکده علوم پزشکی خوی، انتخاب شدند. روش آموزش، از طریق تلفن همراه هوشمند بود. برای جمع آوری داده ها‌ از پرسشنامه حاوی اطلاعات جمعیت شناسی و فرم تریاژ بر اساس الگوریتم تریاژ استفاده شد. جهت تشخیص خطای تریاژ، تعداد 350 پرونده بیمار قبل و بعد از آموزش توسط پژوهش گر بررسی و تعیین سطح تریاژ شد و میزان خطای تریاژ بررسی شد و هم چنین دانش پرستاران اورژانس قبل و یک ماه بعد از مداخله بررسی شد و سپس داده ها ‌با استفاده از آزمون های مجذور کای و mcnemar و t زوجی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: یافته ها‌ بیان‌گر این بود که خطای تریاژ از 28 درصد قبل از مداخله به 19.1 درصد کاهش یافت و آزمون آماری mcnemar، تفاوت آماری معنی داری را نشان داد (0.001>p). در ارتباط با میزان دانش پرستاران تریاژ، آزمون t زوجی نشان داد که میزان دانش پرستاران بعد از مداخله افزایش یافت (0.001>p).نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که ارتقاء مهارت و دانش پرستاران می تواند باعث افزایش دقت پرستاران اورژانس در تریاژ صحیح بیماران شود. بنابراین، برنامه ریزی براساس آموزش تریاژ صحیح برای پرستاران اورژانس پیشنهاد می گردد.

The Effect of Smartphone-based Training of Triage the Knowledge and Decision Making of Emergency Nurses

Background and Objectives: The rapid and accurate triage of patients is the key to success in patient care and to enable the identification of patients in need of emergency care. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of smart triage training on nurses #39; knowledge and decision making.Materials and Methods: This quasiexperimental study was conducted with a pretest and posttest group in 2020 which 25 triage nurses of the emergency department of Khoy University of Medical Sciences hospitals were selected. The training method was via smart phone. A questionnaire containing demographic information and a triage form based on the triage algorithm were used to collect data. In order to diagnose triage error, 350 patient records were reviewed by the researcher before and after the training. Then, the level of triage was determined and the amount of triage error was assessed. The knowledge of emergency nurses was also examined before and one year after the intervention. The data were analyzed using chisquare, McNemar, and paired ttest.Results: The results showed that the triage error decreased from 28% before the intervention to 19.1%, and McNemar test showed a statistically significant difference (p<0.001). Regarding the knowledge of triage nurses, paired ttest showed that the knowledge of nurses increased after the intervention (p<0.001).Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that improving the skills and knowledge of nurses can increase the accuracy of emergency nurses in the correct triage of patients. Therefore, planning based on proper triage training is strongly recommended for emergency nurses.
