بررسی الگوی روابط ساختاری وابستگی به تلفن همراه بر اساس انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی با نقش میانجی ناگویی هیجانی در دانشجویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال 1399: یک مطالعه توصیفی

زمینه و هدف: دانشجویان دانشگاه به علت این که سریع‌ترین پذیرش گران فن‌آوری‌های تلفن همراه هستند، در معرض خطر وابستگی به تلفن همراه می‌باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین الگوی روابط ساختاری وابستگی به تلفن همراه بر اساس انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی با نقش میانجی ناگویی هیجانی در دانشجویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی انجام گرفت.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی به روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود و جامعه آماری آن متشکل از کلیه دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در نیم سال دوم سال تحصیلی 1399 بودند. تعداد 205 نفر از این افراد به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و به صورت آنلاین به پرسش‌نامه‌های وابستگی به تلفن همراه، انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و ناگویی هیجانی پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون های آماری ضریب همبستگی pearson و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که وابستگی به تلفن همراه با انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی (0.36=r، 0.001< p) ارتباط منفی و با ناگویی هیجانی (0.48=r، 0.001< p) ارتباط مثبت دارد. هم چنین ناگویی هیجانی با انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی (0.59=r، 0.001< p) ارتباط منفی داشت. شاخص های برازش مدل نیز مسیر انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی به وابستگی به تلفن همراه را با میانجی گری ناگویی هیجانی تایید کرد.نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی به صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم و با میانجی‌گری ناگویی هیجانی در وابستگی به تلفن همراه نقش دارند. بر اساس یافته های مطالعه حاضر، از لحاظ کاربردی برگزاری کارگاه های آموزشی توسط مشاوران و روان شناسان جهت تنظیم و مدیریت هیجانات و راه بردهای حل مسئله و آگاه‌سازی دانشجویان از مضرات وابستگی به تلفن همراه پیشنهاد می گردد.   

Investigating the Pattern of Structural Relationships of Mobile Phone Dependence Based on Cognitive Flexibility with the Mediating Role of Alexithymia in Students of Mohaghegh Ardabili University in 2020: A Descriptive Study

Background and Objectives: College students are at risk of mobile phone dependence as they are the quickest adopters of mobile phone technologies. This study aimed to investigate the pattern of structural relationships of mobile phone dependence based on cognitive flexibility with the mediating role of alexithymia in students.Materials and Methods: The present study was descriptive, based on structural equations modeling. The statistical population included all students of Mohaghegh Ardebili University in the second semester of the academic year 2020. A total of 205 of these individuals were selected by available sampling method and answered online questionnaires on mobile phone dependence, cognitive flexibility and alexithymia. Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equations modeling (SEM).Results: The results showed that mobile phone dependence was negatively related to cognitive flexibility (r=0.36, p<0.001) and positively related to alexithymia (r=0.48, p<0.001). Alexithymia was also negatively associated with cognitive flexibility (r=0.59, p<0.001). Model fit indices also confirmed the path of cognitive flexibility of mobile phone dependence with the mediating role of alexithymia.Conclusion: In general, the results showed that cognitive flexibility is directly and indirectly mediated by alexithymia in cell phone dependence.
