بررسی میزان دانش، نگرش و تبعیت از احتیاطات استاندارد کنترل عفونت در دانشجویان پرستاری خوی در طی پاندمی‌کرونا در سال 1400: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: خطر انتقال عفونت های مختلف، دانشجویان پرستاری را تهدید می کند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان دانش، نگرش و تبعیت از احتیاطات استاندارد کنترل عفونت در دانشجویان پرستاری در طی پاندمی‌کرونا انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی بر روی 70 نفر از دانشجویان سال آخر رشته پرستاری در سال 1400 در شهرستان خوی انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسش نامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسش نامه میزان دانش و نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری در مورد احتیاطات استاندارد کنترل عفونت بود. داده های با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون همبستگی pearson و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نمره دانش دانشجویان پرستاری با نمره نگرش (0.524=r، 0.001>p)،‌ و‌ نمره تبعیت (0.325=r، 0.005=p) ‌و هم‌چنین نمره نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری با نمره تبعیت از احتیاطات استاندارد کنترل عفونت (0.240=r، 0.002=p)، ارتباط مستقیم و معناداری دارد.نتیجه گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که دانش و تبعیت از احتیاطات استاندارد کنترل عفونت اکثر دانشجویان در سطح متوسط قرار دارد. لازم است در راستای افزایش دانش و تبعیت از احتیاطات استاندارد، اقدامات آموزشی مناسب انجام شود.

A Survey of Knowledge, Attitude, and Adherence to Standard Precautions of Infection Control among Khoy Nursing Students during the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2021: A Short Report

Background and Objectives: The risk of transmission of various infections threatens nursing students. The aim of this study was to evaluate the level of knowledge, attitude, and adherence to standard infection control precautions among nursing students during the Corona pandemic.Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was performed on 70 senior nursing students in Khoy in 2021. Data collection tools included a demographic information questionnaire, a questionnaire of nursing students' knowledge and attitudes about standard infection control precautions, and a standard precautions checklist. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson rsquo;s correlation test, and multiple linear regression.Results: The results showed a direct significant and relationship between the knowledge score of nursing students and attitude score (r=0.524, p<0.001), ‌and compliance score (r=0.325, p=0.005). The attitude score of nursing students was also directly and significantly related to the score of compliance with standard infection control precautions (r=0.240, p=0.002).Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that knowledge and adherence to standard infection control precautions of most students are at a moderate level.
