بررسی میزان اضطراب ناشی از همه گیری کووید-19 در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در سال 1400-1399: یک مطالعه توصیفی

زمینه و هدف: دانشجویان علوم پزشکی با توجه به فعالیت های بهداشتی و درمانی جزء گروه در معرض خطر اضطراب کووید-19 محسوب می شوند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان اضطراب ناشی از همه گیری کووید-19 در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی رفسنجان انجام گرفت.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، تعداد 400 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان به صورت نمونه گیری طبقه ای انتخاب و در مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسش نامه استاندارد بود. آنالیز داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های t مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و آزمون ناپارامتریک kruskal-wallis انجام گرفت. یافته ها: 228 نفر (57 درصد) دختر و مابقی پسر بودند. 116 نفر (29 درصد) سابقه ابتلاء به کرونا داشتند. در 62.3 درصد (249 نفر) از اعضای خانواده یا نزدیکان شرکت کنندگان، سابقه ابتلاء یا فوت به دلیل کرونا وجود داشت. 25.3 درصد (101 نفر) از شرکت کنندگان در زمینه مبارزه با کرونا فعالیت داشتند. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمرات اضطراب، زیرمقیاس روانی و جسمانی به ترتیب برابر با 8.03 ±12.97، 5.07 ±10.06 و 3.69 ±2.91 گزارش شد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاکی از وجود اضطراب در بین دانشجویان بود. دلایل آن مواجهه بیش‌تر با بیماران، محیط کار آلوده، پوشیدن لباس و ماسک حفاظتی و ترس از آلوده شدن خود و خانواده بود. آگاهی بیش‌تر در خصوص بیماری، دسترسی به لوازم حفاظت فردی و انجام واکسیناسیون راه کارهایی هستند که می توانند در کاهش اضطراب موثر باشند.

A Survey of Anxiety Caused by COVID-19 Pandemic among Students of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2021: A Descriptive Study

Background and Objectives: Medical students are considered a highrisk group for COVID19 anxiety due to their health and medical activities. The aim of this study was to determine the level of anxiety caused by the COVID19 epidemic among medical students in rafsanjan.Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, 400 students of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences were selected by regular stratified sampling and participated in the study. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire. Data were analyzed using independent ttest, oneway analysis of variance, and nonparametric KruskalWallis test.Results: 228 (57%) were girls and the rest were boys. 29% (116 people) had a history of corona. 62.3% (249 people) of family members or relatives of participants had a history of infection or death due to corona. 25.3% (101 people) of the participants were active in the field of corona control. The mean scores of anxiety and psychological and physical subscales were 12.97 ±8.03, 10.06 ±5.07, and 2.91 ±3.69, respectively.Conclusion: The results of the study indicated that there was anxiety among students. The reasons were more exposure to patients, contaminated work environment, wearing protective clothing and masks, and fear of contamination of oneself and family.
