چکیده
|
توسعه مداوم حرفه‌ای یا آموزش مداوم حرفه‌ای، به آموزش مادام‌العمری اطلاق می‌گردد که به منظور به روز کردن دانش تخصصی، مهارت‌ها، نگرش‌ها، جنبه‌های معنوی و ارزش‌های اخلاقی، پس از پذیرش به یک حرفه خاص، برای متخصصان آن حرفه صورت می‌پذیرد. از این رو، با توجه به رشد روزافزون دانش در تمام حیطه‌های تخصصی به ویژه در امر سلامت، ضروری است که تمام متخصصان، سالانه با شرکت در برنامه‌های آموزشی گوناگون، به توسعه مداوم حرفه‌ای خود بپردازند. این برنامه‌های آموزشی متنوع در قالب کنگره‌ها، کنفرانس‌ها، سمپوزیوم‌ها، سمینارها، کارگاه‌ها و ژورنال کلاب‌ها برگزار می‌گردند و هدف از نگارش مقاله حاضر، ارائه تعریف و آشنایی با نحوه صحیح برگزاری آن‌ها می‌باشد.

Abstract
|
Continuing professional development (CPD) or continuing professional education (CPE) refers to lifelong learning, which is done for professionals in order to update specialized knowledge, skills, attitudes, ethical issues, and moral values after admission to a particular profession. Therefore, due to the increasing growth of knowledge in all areas of specialization, particularly in the field of health, it is necessary for all professionals to continuously develop their careers, by annually participating in various training programs.
