مقایسه کنترل پاسچر و موتور کنترل در نوجوانان دارای اسکولیوز ایدیوپاتیک با افراد سالم: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: اسکولیوز ایدیوپاتیک یکی از ناهنجاری های نسبتاً شایع در نوجوانان است که می تواند موجب اختلال در کنترل پاسچر و کنترل حرکت گردد، لذا هدف این مطالعه تعیین و مقایسه کنترل پاسچر و موتور کنترل در نوجوانان دارای اسکولیوز ایدیوپاتیک با افراد سالم بود. مواد وروش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی از 79 مراجعه کننده به مرکز جامع توان بخشی هلال احمر تهران در سال 1396، تعداد 57 نفر دارای اسکولیوز و 22 نفر افراد سالم به صورت هدف مند انتخاب و متغیرهای کنترل پاسچر و موتور کنترل با استفاده از دستگاه پاسچرگرافی اندازه گیری گردید. آزمون های t مستقل و mann -whitney u برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین متغیرهای کنترل پاسچر و موتور کنترل در افراد دارای اسکولیوز ایدیوپاتیک نوجوانی و افراد سالم تفاوت معنی داری وجود ندارد (05/ 0 ≥p ) .نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به نظر می رسدکه ناهنجاری اسکولیوز ایدیوپاتیک احتمالاَ نمی تواند به طور معنی داری سبب تغییر در کنترل پاسچر و موتورکنترل نوجوانان گردد.

Comparison of Postural Control and Motor Control in Adolescents with Idiopathic Scoliosis and Healthy Subjects: A Short Report

Background and Objectives: Idiopathic scoliosis is one of the most common abnormalities in adolescents which can result in impaired postural and motor control. Therefore, the present study compared the postural and motor control in adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis and healthy subjects. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, out of 79 patients referred to Tehran Rehabilitation Center of Red Crescent in 2018, 57 patients with scoliosis and 22 healthy subjects were selected through purposive sampling, and the postural control and motor control variables were measured using a posturography device. Independent ttests and MannWhitney U tests were used to analyze data.Results: The results showed that there is no significant difference between postural control and motor control variables in adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis and healthy subjects (p<0.05).Conclusion: According to the results, it probably seems that idiopathic scoliosis cannot significantly alter the postural and motor control of adolescents.Key words: Adolescence Idiopathic Scoliosis, Postural Control, Motor Control Funding: This study did not have any funds.Conflict of interest: None declared.Ethical approval: The Ethics Committee of Sport Sciences Research Institute approved this study (IR.SSRI.REC.1398.498).
