ارتباط سطح آگاهی ازاصول ارگونومی با وضعیت بدن حین انجام درمان در دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان درسال 1396: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی در زمره صدمات شایع در دندان‌پزشکان می‌باشد. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط سطح آگاهی دانشجویان از اصول ارگونومی با وضعیت بدن حین درمان‌های دندان‌پزشکی انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه توصیفی حاضر، 41 دانشجوی دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در سال 1396 در مقطع بالینی وارد مطالعه شدند. وضعیت ارگونومی با شاخص استاندارد ارزیابی سریع کل بدن rapid entire body assessment (reba) بررسی گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌ ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و آزمون t ‌مستقل تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد 21 نفر (51.2 درصد) در سطح خطر بالا و 15 نفر (36.6 درصد) در سطح خطر بسیار بالا هستند. همبستگی معکوس بین سطح آگاهی و نمره reba دیده شد. ( r=-0.137, p=0.036).نتیجه‌گیری: اکثر دانشجویان در سطح خطر بالای مشکلات عضلانی-اسکلتی و آگاهی پایین در زمینه ارگونومی قرار داشتند. نتایج مطالعه ضرورت آموزش دانش ارگونومی را مطرح می‌سازد.

The Relationship between Knowledge of Ergonomics and Body Position during Clinical Procedures among Dental Students of Guilan University of Medical Sciences in 2017: A Short Report

Background and Objectives: Musculoskeletal disorders are among the most common injuries in dentists. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine the relationship between studentschr('39') level of knowledge of the principles of ergonomics and body position during dental treatments.Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, 41 dental students of Guilan University of Medical Sciences at the clinical level were enrolled in 2017. Ergonomic condition was assessed using Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) standard index. Data were analyzed using Spearman rsquo;s correlation coefficient test and independent ttest.Results: The results showed 21 (51.2%) students were at high and also 15 (36.6 %) students were at very highrisk levels. Also a negative correlation was found between the level of knowledge and REBA score (r=0.137, p=0.036). Conclusion: Most students were at high risk for musculoskeletal problems and low ergonomic awareness.
