فیستول شریانی وریدی پوپلیته آل پس از ترومای بلانت: گزارش یک مورد

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نادر بودن شریانی وریدی پوپلیتئال به‌دنبال دررفتگی خلفی زانو، در این مطالعه به معرفی این مورد نادر پرداخته می‌شود.شرح مورد: در این گزارش مورد، آقای 46 ساله‌ای که به دنبال ترومای بلانت، دچار دررفتگی خلفی زانو و پارگی لیگامان های صلیبی شده و تحت آرتروسکوپی و ترمیم لیگامان قرار گرفته است، شرح داده می‌شود. در پیگیری‌های بعد از عمل، بیمار دچار درد و تورم اندام شد. در معاینه، تریل در لمس پوپلیته و ادم اندام تحتانی وجود داشت. سونوگرافی داپلر وآنژیوگرافی وجود فیستول شریانی وریدی در ناحیه پوپلیته را تایید کرد. بیمار تحت عمل جراحی قرار گرفت و بدون هیچ عارضه‌ای مرخص شد.نتیجه‌گیری: عوارض دررفتگی خلفی زانو، معمولاً ترومبوز و ایسکمی اندام می‌باشد. با توجه به این که فیستول شریانی وریدی به دنبال ترومای بلانت به زانو نادر است، بنابراین عدم تشخیص و در نتیجه تاخیر در درمان آن می‌تواند عوارض جبران ناپذیری ایجاد نماید، لذا پزشکان جراح، همیشه باید احتمال این عوارض در نظر بگیرند.

Popliteal Traumatic Arteriovenous Fistula after Blunt Trauma: A Case Report

Background and Objectives: Due to the rarity of the popliteal intravenous artery following posterior knee dislocation, this study will explain a rare case.Case Report: This case report describes a 46yearold man with blunt trauma, posterior knee fracture and cruciate ligament arthroscopy and ligament repair. In the postoperative followup, the patient developed pain and swelling. On examination, there was a thrill in poplit eacute; and lower extremity edema. Doppler ultrasonography and angiography confirmed the presence of arteriovenous fistula in the popliteal area. The patient underwent surgery and discharged without any complication.Conclusion: Complications of posterior knee dislocation are usually thrombosis and ischemia of the limb.
