Quality of the Articles or Quantity of the Articles?

Authors of scientific articles [j1] face different feedbacks by journal reviewers when they send their articles. Accordingly, the reviewed articles are divided in to 4 groups: 1. Acceptable as stands, 2. Acceptable with minor revision, 3. Acceptable with major revision, 4. Rejected.
