مراحل تدوین یک استراتژی جامع پیش‌گیری از خودکشی: یک مرور روایتی

خودکشی، نوعی آسیب چند بعدی رفتاری است که عوامل متعددی در بروز آن دخیل هستند و همواره به عنوان یکی از مشکلات و نگرانی های بهداشت عمومی مطرح بوده است. پیش گیری از این آسیب نیازمند یک طرح جهانی به همراه استراتژی های ملّی و اقدامات محلی است. تدوین یک استراتژی پیش گیری از خودکشی مستلزم توجه به تمام سطوح پیش گیری است و اجزای آن با همکاری نهادهای مختلفی هم چون آموزش و پرورش، صدا و سیما، بهزیستی، وزارت بهداشت و درمان و وزارت ارشاد میسر می گردد. هدف از این مطالعه مروری، تعیین ابعاد تدوین و اجرای یک استراتژی جامع پیش گیری از خودکشی می باشد. طبق نتایج مطالعه حاضر، به نظر می رسد مسیر تدوین استراتژی پیش گیری از خودکشی برای کشورهایی که هنوز هیچ فعالیتی را در خصوص پیش گیری از خودکشی آغاز ننموده اند، با مسیر تدوین این استراتژی در کشورهایی که در گذشته حداقل یک طرح جامع پیش گیری از خودکشی را اجرایی کرده‌اند، متفاوت است. بنابراین، ضروری است که هر کشور به تناسب اقتضائات و پیشینه‌ای که در زمینه خودکشی دارد، ضمن تکیه بر تعریف دقیق رفتار خودکشی و مراحل آن، و با شناخت مهم ترین عوامل خطر زمینه‌ساز خودکشی در هر منطقه و توجه به تمام سطوح پیش گیری، نسبت به تدوین یک استراتژی جامع پیش گیری از خودکشی اقدام نماید. واژه های کلیدی: خودکشی، استراتژی، پیش گیری

The Steps to Develop a Comprehensive Suicide Prevention Strategy: A Narrative Review

Suicide is a kind perspective of behavioral multidimensional disorder that is associated with many factors. Suicide Prevention requires a global with national plan and local action. Developing a suicide prevention strategy requires attention to all levels of prevention, and it is possible to implement in cooperation with various institutions and ministries such as education, health and wellbeing, and culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the dimensions of a comprehensive suicide prevention strategy.According to the results of this study, it seems that the pathway to developing a suicidal prevention strategy for countries that have not yet started any activities on suicide prevention have been different with this pathway to developing a suicide prevention in countries that have been implementing at least a comprehensive suicide prevention plan or strategy.
