تاثیر مشاوره گروهی با رویکرد آموزشی روانی بر صمیمیت جنسی بعد از زایمان زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی رفسنجان: یک کارآزمایی آموزشی

زمینه و هدف: تحقیقات نشان می‌دهند پس از زایمان میل جنسی زنان کاهش می‌یابد که منجر به کاهش صمیمیت جنسی زوجین می‌شود. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر مشاوره گروهی با رویکرد آموزشی روانی بر صمیمت جنسی زنان شیرده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه کارآزمایی آموزشی در جامعه‌ زنان زایمان کرده شهرستان رفسنجان در سال 1397 انجام شد. تعداد 70 زن شیرده از دو مرکز بهداشتی انتخاب و به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. ابتدا هر دو گروه مداخله و کنترل پرسش نامه‌ صمیمیت جنسی را تکمیل کردند. سپس به افراد گروه مداخله 6 جلسه آموزشی یک ساعته با توالی هر هفته یک جلسه آموزش داده شد. چهار هفته پس از پایان دوره‌ آموزشی گروه مداخله، از افراد هر دو گروه خواسته شد تا دوباره پرسش نامه‌ صمیمیت جنسی را تکمیل کنند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون های مجذور کای، t مستقل و تحلیل کواریانس یک متغیره تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج اختلاف معنی‌داری را بین میانگین نمرات صمیمیت جنسی دو گروه مداخله و کنترل در پس‌آزمون نشان داد که نشان دهنده‌ تاثیر مثبت مشاوره‌ گروهی بر صمیمیت جنسی زنان شیرده در گروه مداخله بود (001/0>p).نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به این که نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد مشاوره‌ گروهی بر صمیمیت جنسی زنان شیرده تاثیر مثبت دارد و سبب افزایش صمیمیت جنسی می‌گردد، لذا پیشنهاد می‌گردد که تسهیلاتی جهت برگزاری دوره مذکور به صورت منظم در طول سال برای زنان باردار در مراکز بهداشتی برگزار گردد.

The Effect of Psychoeducational Group Counseling on Sexual Intimacy of Lactating Women Referring to Urban Health Centers in Rafsanjan City: An Educational Trial

Background and Objectives: Research suggests that women lose their sexual desire after childbirth, leading to a reduction in couples' sexual intimacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group counseling with a psychological training approach on the sexual propensity of breastfeeding women.Materials and Methods: This study is an educational trial that was conducted in the society of obstetric women of Rafsanjan city in 2018. 70 lactating women were selected from two health centers and divided into two intervention and control groups. At first, both intervention and control groups completed the sexual intimacy questionnaire. Then, the intervention group received 6 educational sessions (one session per week). After the end of the training period, both groups were asked to complete the sexual intimacy questionnaire again. Data were analyzed using Chisquare, independent ttest and singlevariable covariance analysis.Results: The results revealed a significant difference between the mean of sexual intimacy scores between the intervention and control groups in the posttest, which shows the positive effect of group counseling on the sexual intimacy of lactating women in the intervention group (p<0.001).Conclusion: Considering the results of this study that indicate that group counseling has a positive effect on the sexual intimacy of lactating women and leads to increased sexual intimacy, it is recommended that facilities for this period be regularly held for pregnant women in health centers throughout the year.Key words: Sexual intimacy, Postpartum, First delivery women, Psychoeducational group counseling, Rafsanjan Funding: This research was funded by Kerman University of Medical Sciences.Conflict of interest: None declared.Ethical approval: The Ethics Committee of Kerman University of Medical Sciences approved the study (96000195.rec.kmu.ir).
