بررسی عوامل تعیین کننده تصادفات جاده اهر-تبریز در سال 1395: یک گزارش کوتاه

چکیده
|
زمینه و هدف: تصادف از معضلات مهم بهداشت عمومی در جهان است. هدف این مطالعه، تعیین عوامل تعیین کننده تصادفات جاده اهرتبریز در سال 1395 بود.مواد و روش ها: مطالعه توصیفی حاضر در سه مرحله اسنادی، جمع آوری اطلاعات از طریق مصاحبه با پلیس راه و راهور و آنالیز 971 مورد تصادف ثبت شده در سال 1395 با آزمون مجذور کای بود. یافته ها: بیش ترین میزان تصادفات در فصل تابستان 30.9 درصد، جاده 77.8 درصد، روز 65.5 درصد، هوای آفتابی 77.4 درصد، وسیله نقلیه سواری 69.8 درصد، سنین 35 تا 44 سال مرد 33 درصد منجر به جرح و فوت رخ داد و ارتباط معنی داری بین علل اصلی تصادفات با متغیرهای مستقل (به جز استفاده از کلاه ایمنی) مشاهده شد (p<0/05). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به درصد بیش تر تصادفات به دلیل عدم توانایی در کنترل وسیله نقلیه، ایجاد راه کارهای لازم در زمینه آموزش صحیح رانندگی، ایمنی جاده و وسیله نقلیه توسط مراجع ذی ربط پیشنهاد می گردد.

Abstract
|
Background and Objectives: Accident is an important public health problem around the world. The aim of this research was to study the determinants of road accidents in AharTabriz in 2017.Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was carried out in three stages of documentation, data collection via interviews with the high way police and analysis of 971 accidents recorded by chisquare test in 2017.Results: The highest accidents occurred in summer (30.9%), road (77.8%), day (65.5%), sunny weather (77.4%), riding (69.8%), and men ages from 35 to 44 years with 33% leading to injury and death. In addition, there was a significant statistical relationship between the main causes of road accidents and independent variables (except using helmet) (p<0.05).Conclusion: According to the higher percentage of accidents due to inability to control the vehicle, it is suggested that guidelines be taken by the relevant authorities in the field of proper driving instruction and road and vehicle safety.Key words: Accident, Public health Road, Ahar, Tabriz Funding: This research was funded by Road Traffic Injury Research Center at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences.Conflict of interest: None declared.Ethical approval: The Ethics Committee of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences approved the study.
