بررسی استرس شغلی و ارتباط آن با کیفیت خواب پرسنل شاغل در پالایشگاه گاز بید بلند بهبهان در سال 1396: یک مطالعه توصیفی

زمینه و هدف: داشتن خواب کافی برای زندگی لازم است. خواب بی کیفیت می تواند منجر به اختلالات جسمی و روانی شود. استرس شغلی نیز یکی از عوامل اساسی در ایجاد عوارض جسمی و روانی در پرسنل سازمان ها است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین استرس شغلی و ارتباط آن با کیفیت خواب پرسنل شاغل در پالایشگاه گاز بید بلند بهبهان انجام پذیرفت.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، 180 نفر از کارکنان پالایشگاه گاز بید بلند بهبهان در سال 1396 شرکت نمودند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسش نامه استرس شغلی osipow و پرسش نامه شاخص کیفیت خواب pittsburgher جمع آوری شد. داده ها توسط آمار توصیفی، آزمون t مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه، ضریب هم بستگی pearson و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره استرس شغلی و کیفیت خواب درک شده توسط افراد مورد مطالعه به ترتیب 19.66 ±167.27 و 2.22 ±10.72 است. هم چنین هم بستگی مثبت و معنی داری بین این دو شاخص مشاهده شد (p<0.001). نتایج به دست آمده از مدل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که کیفیت خواب به طور معنی داری در ارتباط با بی کفایتی نقش (0.499=β،p<0.001) و محدوده نقش (0.197=β، 0.035=p) از ابعاد شاخص استرس شغلی می باشد. ضریب تعیین مدل نشان داد که 30.6 درصد از تغییرات شاخص کیفیت خواب به وسیله متغیرهای بی کفایتی نقش و محدوده نقش تبیین می شود.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که ارتباط معنی داری بین استرس شغلی و کیفیت خواب وجود دارد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود برنامه ریزی جهت به حداقل رساندن استرس شغلی و بهبود کیفیت خواب کارکنان پالایشگاه گاز توسط مسئولین طراحی و اجرا گردد.

Study of Job Stress and Its Association with Sleep Quality among Employees of Behbahan Bid Boland Gas Refinery in 2017: A Descriptive Study

Background and Objectives: Sleeping is an essential part of living and poor quality sleep can lead to a variety of physical and mental disorders. On the other hand, job stress is one of the main effective factors in reducing productivity in organizations and causing physical and mental complications in personnel. The aim of this study was to determine the job stress and its association with sleep quality among employees of Bid Boland Gas Refinery, Behbahan, Iran. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, 180 employees of Behbahan Bid Boland Gas Refinery participated in 2017. The data were collected using the Osipow occupational stress questionnaire and Pittsburgh sleep quality index questionnaire. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, independent samples ttest, oneway ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis were used.Results: The results of the study showed that the mean and standard deviation of job stress and sleep quality perceived by employees were 167.27 plusmn;19.66 and 10.72 plusmn;2.22, respectively. Furthermore, there was a positive significant correlation between these two indexes (p<0.001). The regression model demonstrated that sleep quality was significantly associated with role insufficiency ( =0.499, p<0.001) and role boundary ( =0.197, p=0.035), the dimensions of Osipow job stress questionnaire. The model coefficient of determination indicated that 30.6% of sleep quality index changes are specified by variables of role insufficiency and role boundary.Conclusion: The results showed that there was a significant correlation between job stress and sleep quality.
