امکان سنجی استقرار نظام مدیریت ایمنی بهداشت و محیط زیست در مدیریت روستایی دهستان جزینک زابل در سال 1396: یک مطالعه توصیفی

زمینه و هدف: با رشد جمعیت مشکلات ایمنی بهداشت و محیط زیستی در روستاها افزایش می یابد. با توجه به ماهیت سکونت گاه های روستایی و خطرات و حوداثی که روستائیان را تهدید می کند. این مطالعه با هدف امکان سنجی استقرار نظام مدیریت ایمنی بهداشت ومحیط زیست در مدیریت روستایی مطالعه موردی در دهستان جزینک زابل در استان سیستان و بلوچستان انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: مطالعه توصیفی حاضر شامل52 نفر از مدیران، معتمدین، دهیاران و اعضای شوراهای اسلامی بود که از طریق سرشماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. از آمار توصیفی برای متغیرهای دموگرافیک و از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه و t مستقل جهت تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که نقش دهیاران در حفاظت از محیط زیست روستا 57.6 درصد (30 نفر) در سطح خوب و وضعیت شاخص های ایمنی 3 نفر (5.8 درصد) ضعیف، (75 درصد) 39 نفر وضعیت شاخص های ایمنی را متوسط، 8 نفر (15.4 درصد) خوب و 2 نفر (3.8 درصد) عالی بود. وضعیت محیط زیست روستا 5 نفر (9.6 درصد) ضعیف، 24 نفر (46.1 درصد) متوسط، (38.5 درصد) خوب و 3 نفر (5.8 درصد) عالی بود. تفاوت عملکرد شاخص های ایمنی بهداشت و محیط زیست نیز معنی دار بود (0.001=p). نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین امتیاز وضعیت شاخص های ایمنی بهداشت و محیط زیست در دهستان جزینک در حد متوسط و ضعیف می باشد، بنابراین نیاز به توجه بیش تری به اجرا و استقرار مدیریت ایمنی بهداشت و محیط زیست در روستاها می باشد.

The Feasibility of Establishment of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE-MS) in Rural Management of Jazinak Rural District in Zabol in 2017: A Descriptive Study

Background and Objectives: As the population in rural areas grows, health and environmental safety problems increase. Considering the nature of rural settlements as well as the dangers and incidents that threaten the villagers, the present study has been conducted to determine the feasibility of establishing a health and environmental safety administration system in the rural management of Jazinak village of Zabol town in Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, the statistical research population was selected through census sampling in 2017 and consisted of 52 managers, trustworthy executives, village chiefs and members of Islamic councils. A researchermade questionnaire was utilized for data collection. Descriptive statistics were used for demographic variables, and oneway ANOVA and independent ttest were utilized for analyzing the data.Results: The results revealed that the role of village chiefs in protecting the environment of the village was 57.6% (30 people) and at a good level. The status of safety indicators of 3 people (5.8%) was poor, of 39 people (75%) was average, of 8 people (15.4%) was good, and of 2 people (3.8%) was excellent; the environment status of the village was considered poor by 5 people (9.6%), average by 24 people (46.1%), good by (38.5%) of the villagers, and great by 3 people (5.8%). Health and environmental safety indicators showed significant differences (p = 0.001).Conclusion: The findings showed that the average score of the status of health and environmental safety indicators in Jazinak village is average and poor.
