بررسی میزان پریشانی اخلاقی پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های ویژه مراکز آموزشی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل در سال 1395: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: زمانی که پرستاران در محیط کاری با ارزش های اخلاقی متفاوتی روبرو شوند، پریشانی اخلاقی در آنها بروز می کند که می تواند کاهش کارایی آنها را در پی داشته باشد. با توجه به فقدان مطالعات در این زمینه در شهر اردبیل، این پژوهش با هدف تعیین میزان پریشانی اخلاقی پرستاران شاغل در بخش های ویژه مراکز آموزشی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل اجرا گردید.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1395 به روش سرشماری بر روی کلیه پرستاران (118 نفر) بخش های ویژه در مراکز آموزشی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسش نامه مشخصات دموگرافیک و مقیاس پریشانی اخلاقی corley جمع آوری گردید. سپس داده ها با استفاده از شاخص های آمار توصیفی (فراوانی و درصد، میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آزمون های آمار استنباطی mannwhitney و kruskalwallis مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره پریشانی اخلاقی پرستاران مورد مطالعه 24.18 ±108.25 به دست آمد. از میان متغیرهای دموگرافیک، تنها متغیرهای سمت اجرایی (0.025 =p)، نوبت کاری (0.011 =p)، وضعیت تاهل (0.004 =p) و سطح تحصیلات (0.033 =p) با متغیر پریشانی اخلاقی ارتباط آماری معناداری را نشان دادند.نتیجه گیری: پریشانی اخلاقی پرستاران بخش های ویژه در این پژوهش، در حد متوسطی گزارش شد. با توجه به مطلوب نبودن این یافته، توجه جدی به کاهش تجربه پریشانی اخلاقی در پرستاران ضروری به نظر می رسد.واژه های کلیدی: پریشانی اخلاقی، پرستاران، بخش ویژه، اردبیل

A Survey on the Level of Moral Distress among Nurses of Special Wards Affiliated to Educational- Therapeutic Centers in Ardabil University of Medical Sciencesin 2016: A Short Report

Background and Objective: Nurses experience moral distress to some degrees in clinical setting. Several factors can cause moral distress in nurses that can diminish their performance. Due to lack of studies in this field in Ardabil city, this research was conducted to determine the level of moral distress among special wards nurses affiliated to educationaltherapeutic centers in Ardabil University of Medical Sciences.Materials and Methods: This crosssectional study was conducted using census methodon all of nurses (118 peoples) working in educationaltherapeutic centers in Ardabil University of Medical Sciences in 2016,. Data was collected through demographic questionnaires and Corley rsquo;s Moral Distress Scale. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics including MannWhitney U and KruskalWallis H tests.Results: The mean and standard deviation of moral distress score was 108.25 ±24.18. Among the demographic variables, the executive post (p=0.025), working shift (p=0.011), marital status (p=0.004),and educational level (p=0.033) showed a statistically significant relationship with level of moral distress.Conclusion: In this study, moral distress of special wards nurses was reported at a medium level.
