بررسی آگاهی کارکنان اتاق عمل از منابع احتراق و راه‌های پیش‌گیری از آن در اتاق عمل‌های بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد در سال 1396: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: احتراق یک خطر محتمل در جراحی مدرن است. پژوهش حاضر به منظور تعیین میزان آگاهی کارکنان از منابع احتراق و راه های پیش گیری از آن در اتاق عمل های بیمارستان های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یزد در سال 1396 انجام شد. مواد و روش ها : این مطالعه توصیفی، روی 120 نفر از پرسنل اتاق عمل، به صورت پرسش نامه و تمام شماری صورت گرفته است. میانگین نمره، برحسب (100-0) به سه سطح ضعیف، متوسط و خوب تقسیم بندی شد و با استفاده از آزمون های t مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و ضریب هم بستگی pearson مورد تجزیه قرار گرفت. یافته ها: 58.3 درصد از کارکنان دوره های آموزشی را گذرانیده بودند، در حالی که 89.2 درصد از کارکنان، برگزاری کلاس های آموزشی و 93.3 درصد، برگزاری برنامه آموزشی را ضروری دانستند. نتیجه گیری: اکثر پرسنل، آگاهی کافی در این رابطه را ندارند، لذا پیشنهاد می شود که دوره های آموزشی جهت افزایش آگاهی کارکنان برگزار گردد.

Investigating the Knowledge of Operating Room Personnel on Combustion Sources and Its Prevention Methods in the Operating Rooms of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, Yazd, 2017: A Short Report

Background and Objectives: Combustion is a potential risk in modern surgery. The present study was carried out to determine the staff rsquo;s awareness level of combustion sources and its prevention methods in the operating rooms of hospitals affiliated to Yazd University of Medical Sciences in 2017.Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted on 120 operating room personnel using a questionnaire and a census. The mean score (0100) was classified into three weak, moderate, and good levels, and analyzed using independent ttest, oneway ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient.Results: Of the staff, 58.3% had passed the training courses, while 89.2% and 93.3% of the staff considered conducting the training classes and holding the training program necessary, respectively.Conclusion: Most of the personnel do not have enough knowledge in this regard.
