بررسی ارتباط بین شاخص توانایی انجام کار و ویژگی‌های فردی کارکنان شرکت سیمان زابل در سال 1396: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: یکی از اولویت های مهم بهداشت حرفه ای در صنعت، تناسب شغل فرد با توانایی ها و نیازهای وی می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط شاخص توانایی انجام کار با ویژگی های فردی کارکنان شرکت سیمان زابل صورت گرفت.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، تعداد 128 نفر از کارکنان شرکت سیمان زابل به روش سرشماری در سال 1396 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. داده ها توسط پرسش نامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و شاخص توانایی انجام کار جمع آوری و با استفاده از آزمون هم بستگی spearman، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و آزمون ناپارامتری kruskal-wallis تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: در این مطالعه، میانگین و انحراف معیار شاخص توانایی کار 58/ 7±69/ 41 بود. نتایج ارتباط معنی دار و مستقیمی را بین سن (003/ 0=p) و سابقه کار (023/ 0=p) با شاخص توانایی کار نشان داد. نتیجه گیری: در این مطالعه امتیاز شاخص توانایی کار در د قابل قبولی قرار داشت. به نظر می رسد از این شاخص بتوان به عنوان مکمل معاینات بدو استخدام و دوره ای کارگران جهت تعیین توانایی آن ها استفاده نمود.

The Relationship Between Work Ability Index and Individual Characteristics of Zabol Cement Company Employees in 2017: A Short Report

Background and Objectives: One of the most important priorities of occupational health in industry is proportionality of the person rsquo;s occupation with his abilities and needs. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between work ability index and individual characteristics of Zabol Cement Company employees.Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, 128 employees of Zabol Cement Company were studied using census method in 2017. Data were collected using demographic information questionnaire and work ability index and analyzed using Spearman rsquo;s correlation test, oneway ANOVA, and nonparametric KruskalWallis H test.Results: In the current study, the mean and standard deviation of work ability index were 41.69±7.58. The results showed a direct significant relationship between age (p=0.003) and work experience (p=0.023) and work ability index.Conclusion: In this study, the score of work ability index was at an acceptable level.
