   بررسی اثر بخشی چهار روش آموزش پیشگیری از سو مصرف مواد بر تغییر نگرش نسبت به اعتیاد و مواد مخدر در دانش آموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه

چکیده    Background and aims: triangle of “poverty, ignorance, and addiction” deprives young adults of dymanism, prosperity, vitality, and creativity. one of the approaches to preventing addiction is young adults training. the present study was conducted to investigate efficacy rate of four methods of preventing drug abuse (participation in life skills training classes, presentation of poster and catalogue, sending of short messages [sms] and video playing) on the change in the attitude toward drugs in male high school students.methods: the present study is of semi experimental type, in which 511 students were enrolled from four education districts of chaharmahal and bakhtiari province per cluster sampling. for research investigation, initially pretest was administered for the groups and for preventive methods training, 12 training sessions (one session per week) were held for each one of five groups. experimental and control groups (for comparing efficacy of different approaches) were compared with each other through pretest and post-test. results: of the preventive approached to changing the attitudes, the approaches of participation in life skills training classes and training through video had a significant effect (p < 0.05) compared to training through poster and catalogue and sending sms through mobile phone (p > 0.05). in addition, it was specified that as lower the educational grade of the students, the greater the effect of the trainings relevant to prevention of addiction.conclusion: in order to change students’ attitude toward addiction and drugs, the approaches of participation in life skills training classes and training through video enjoy a higher priority.
