تغییرات الکتروکاردیوگرام بیماران قبل و بعد از عمل جراحی بای پس عروق کرونر

زمینه و هدف: بیماری عروق کرونر (coronary artery disease: cad) یکی از اصلی‌ترین بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی است که جمعیت جهانی را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. این مطالعه به منظور ارزیابی تغییرات الکتروکاردیوگرام بیماران قبل و بعد از عمل جراحی بای پس عروق کرونر (coronary artery bypass graft: cabg) انجام شد.روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی روی 100 بیمار (71 مرد و 29 زن) در محدوده سنی 37 تا 78 سال (میانگین سنی 8.14 ±57.87) به روش سرشماری که تحت عمل جراحی بای پس عروق کرونر در بیمارستان امیرالمومنین کردکوی طی ششماهه دوم 1398 قرار گرفته بودند؛ انجام شد. داده‌ها شامل سن، جنس و نتایج مربوط به تغییرات نوار قلب شامل تغییرات ضربان قلب و ضربان نبض (pulse rate: pr) روز قبل از جراحی، روز بستری، 4 ساعت پس از جراحی، 18 ساعت پس از جراحی، یک روز و دو روز پس از جراحی در پرسشنامه‌ای ثبت شد.یافته‌ها: بیشترین میانگین ضربان قلب و pr در ساعت 4 پس از جراحی بودند و پس از آن ضربان قلب و pr کاهش داشتند و در روز دوم کمتر از ضربان قلب و pr در روز بستری بودند (p<0.05).نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تغییرات معنی‌دار الکتروکاردیوگرام پس از جراحی، بررسی و مونیتورینگ دقیق بیماران به خصوص افراد پرخطر، سبب شناسایی زودهنگام شده و با درمان مناسب و به موقع سبب کاهش عوارض پس از آن در بیماران می‌گردد.

Electrocardiogram Changes Before and After Surgery in Patients Underwent Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery

Background and Objective: Coronary artery disease (CAD) is one of the major cardiovascular diseases that affect the global population. This study was performed to evaluate the electrocardiogram (ECG) changes of patients before and after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery.Methods: This descriptiveanalytical study was performed on 100 patients (71 males and 29 females) in the age range of 37 to 78 years (mean age of 57.87 ±8.14 years) by census method undergoing CABG surgery in Amir AlMomenin Kordkoy Hospital, north of Iran during the second half of 2020. Data including age, sex, and results of ECG changes, including changes in heart rate and pulse rate (PR) the day before surgery, the day of hospitalization, 4 hours after surgery, 18 hours after surgery, one day, and two days after surgery was recorded in a questionnaire.Results: The highest mean heart rate and PR were observed at 4 hours after surgery and then heart rate and PR were reduced and on the second day, heart rate and PR were lower than the day of hospitalization (P<0.05).Conclusion: Considering the significant changes in ECG after surgery, careful examination and monitoring of patients, especially highrisk individuals led to early detection of significant changes in patients and reduced subsequently complications in patients with appropriate and timely treatment.
