بررسی طول عمر، کارکرد و عوارض پرمیکت وریدی فمورال در کاتترهای تعبیه‌شده در بیمارستان سینا تهران، طی سال‌های 1402-1401

زمینه و هدف: کاتترهای وریدی یک انتخاب محبوب و در دسترس برای بیماران esrd هستند اما با  شیوع بالای عوارضی ازجمله ترومبوز و عفونت همراهی دارند. هدف این مطالعه تعیین طول عمر، کارکرد و عوارض پرمیکت وریدی فمورال در کاتترهای تعبیه‌شده در بیمارستان سینا تهران طی سال‌های 1402-1401 می‌باشد.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه هم‌گروهی آینده‌نگر بر روی 100 نفر از بیماران بالای 18 سال که برای تعبیه پرمیکرت فمورال به بیمارستان سینای تهران مراجعه کردند، انجام گردید. بیماران از نظر طول عمر، کارکرد و عوارض زودهنگام و علل failure کاتتر وریدی فمورال، مدت 18- 12 ماه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار  spss22و آزمون‌های آماری تی تست و کای اسکوار / fissure exact test استفاده شد.یافته ها: شایع‌ترین بیماری همراه در بیماران موردبررسی فشار خون (95 درصد)، بیماری هماتولوژیک (60 درصد) و دیابت (46 درصد) بود. عفونت در 37 درصد افراد جزء شایع‌ترین عوارض بود و پس از آن خونریزی و آسیب عروق مرکزی (5 درصد) در مرتبه دوم قرار گرفتند. طول عمر پرمیکت تعبیه‌شده 33.65 ± 30.92 هفته بود. سن، جنسیت، فشارخون، دیابت و بیماری هماتولوژیک، در بروز عفونت، تاثیر آماری معنی‌داری نداشتند (pvalue>0.05).نتیجه ‌گیری: شایع‌ترین عارضه زودهنگام تعبیه پرمیکرت فمورال، عفونت بود. نتایج این پژوهش بر لزوم به‌کارگیری اقدامات پیشگیرانه برای بروز این عارضه تاکید دارد و باعث پیشگیری از مرگ‌ومیر و کاهش هزینه ‌های نظام سلامت می‌شود.

evaluate the longevity, function, and complications of femoral vein permcath implanted at sina hospital in tehran during the years 2022-2023

introduction: venous catheters are a widely used and accessible option for dialysis patients; however, they are associated with a high prevalence of complications, including thrombosis and infection. this study evaluates the longevity, function, and complications of femoral venous permcath implanted at sina hospital in tehran from 2022 to 2023.materials and methods: this research is a cohort study of a prospective longitudinal design conducted on 100 patients over 18 years old referred to sina hospital for femoral vein permcath implantation. patients were assessed for longevity, function, early complications, and causes of the femoral venous catheter failure for 12 to 18 months. statistical analysis was performed using t-tests for quantitative data and chi-square tests for qualitative data, utilizing spss-22. a statistical significance level of p ≤ 0.05 was.results: the results indicated that the most common comorbidities among the studied patients were hypertension (95%), hematological diseases (60%), and diabetes (46%). infection was the most prevalent complication, occurring in 37% of individuals, followed by bleeding and damage to central vessels (5%). the average longevity of the implanted permcath was 33.65 ± 30.92 weeks. factors such as age, gender, blood pressure, diabetes, and hematological diseases did not significantly impact the occurrence of infectionsconclusion: the most frequent early complication associated with femoral venous permcath implantation was infection. the findings of this study emphasize the necessity of implementing preventive measures to reduce this complication, because it can help prevent mortality and reduce healthcare costs.
