ارزیابی وضعیت آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان تکنولوژی پرتوشناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار

زمینه و هدف: آموزش بالینی بخش مهمی از آموزش علوم پزشکی است که در آن دانشجویان در حضور بیماران و با تعامل مربی مهارت کسب می‌کنند. این مطالعه باهدف تعیین کیفیت آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان رشته پرتوشناسی انجام‌شده است.مواد و روش ها: مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی حاضر بر روی دانشجویان پرتوشناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار در نیمه دوم سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 انجام شد. پرسشنامه الکترونیکی مبتنی بر ابزار اندازه‌گیری محیط آموزشی بالینی pheem به روش سرشماری در پلت فرم google form استفاده شد. نتایج با استفاده از آزمون‌های t و anova با نرم‌افزار spss در سطح معنی‌داری 95 درصد تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.یافته ها: میانگین نمره رضایت از اهداف و برنامه آموزشی و عملکرد مربی به ترتیب 19.6 و 19.5 به دست آمد. میانگین نمره رضایت از تعامل با دانش‌آموزان 7.5 و میانگین نمره رضایت از امکانات و محیط آموزشی 7.6 بود. همچنین میانگین نمره رضایت از نظارت و ارزشیابی و رضایت کلی دانشجویان به ترتیب 5.6 و 60.1 و میانگین و انحراف معیار رضایت در دانشجویان سال سوم کارورزی 1.6±59.7، در سال دوم 1.6±58.5 و در سال اول 1.3±65.6 بود.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که اکثر دانشجویان با نوبت‌دهی در تمام بیمارستان‌ها در هر ترم موافق بودند. توصیه می‌شود برخی از استراتژی‌ها ازجمله طراحی لاگ بوک کارآموزی، هماهنگی آموزش بین مربیان و برگزاری آزمون‌های صلاحیت بالینی بررسی شود.

evaluating clinical education quality: perspectives of radiology technology students in sabzevar university of medical sciences

introduction: clinical education is an important part of medical science education, enabling students to develop practical skills under instructor supervision. this study assessed the quality of clinical education from the perspective of radiology technology students in sabzevar university of medical sciences.materials and methods: a descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in the second semester of the 2022–2023 academic year in sabzevar university of medical sciences. all radiology students (n = 58) completed an electronic pheem (postgraduate hospital educational environment measure) questionnaire via google forms. data were analyzed using t-tests and anova in spss-24. (p<0.05).results: the results showed that the mean score of satisfaction for the educational goals program and the instructor’s performance was 19.6 and 19.5. the mean satisfaction score for interaction with students was 7.5, and the mean satisfaction score for facilities and educational environments was 7.6. also, the mean satisfaction score for supervision and evaluation, and students’ overall satisfaction were 5.6 and 60.1, respectively. the student’s satisfaction in the third, second, and first year of internship was 59.7±1.6, 58.5±1.6, and 6.65±1.3.conclusion: the results of the present study showed that most students agreed with rotating in all hospitals during each semester. implementing logbooks, standardizing competency exams, and improving inter-instructor coordination is recommended.
