طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی برنامه آموزشی رعایت موازین اخلاقی پرستاران در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه

زمینه و هدف: پرستاران به عنوان یکی از ارکان مهم عرصه مراقبت از بیماران، برای ارائه مراقبت‌های جامع، نیازمند رعایت موازین اخلاق پرستاری هستند از این‌رو مطالعه پیش‌رو با هدف طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی برنامه آموزشی رعایت موازین اخلاقی پرستاران در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه انجام گردید.مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر، تحقیق نیمه‌تجربی است که 76 پرستار به‌صورت تصادفی (شیر و خط) به دو گروه مورد و شاهد تقسیم شدند و برنامه آموزشی طراحی‌شده در قالب سناریوهای بالینی، به‌صورت دوره آموزشی در سامانه آموزش مداوم در اختیار پرستاران گروه مداخله قرار گرفت و مجدد پس از دو ماه پرسش‌نامه و چک‌لیست مشاهده از هر دو گروه، جمع‌آوری گردید و داده‌ها تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره پرسش‌نامه و چک‌لیست رعایت موازین اخلاقی گروه مداخله قبل از آموزش به‌ترتیب 13/34± 155/47و 17/28± 143/23و بعد از آموزش26 /4 ± 165/62و 10/82± 164/06بود که در گروه مداخله، اختلاف معناداری مشاهده شد (0/001>p. ). در گروه کنترل، اختلاف معناداری بعد از مداخله دیده نشد (0/05

design, implementation and evaluation of the educational program for compliance with ethical standards of nurses in intensive care units

introduction: as the fundamental cornerstone of patient care, nurses must adhere to nursing ethics standards accurately. this study aimed to design, implement, and evaluate a training program for observing ethical standards in nurses working in special care units.materials and methods: the required information was collected and analyzed through a questionnaire and an observational checklist among 76 nurses working in special care units in this semi-experimental method using the available sampling method. the study involved dividing nurses into two groups: case and control. the intervention group received an educational program in the form of clinical scenarios as a training course in the continuous education system. two months later, questionnaires and observation checklists were administered to both groups. data from the intervention and control groups were collected for analysis.results: the mean and standard deviation of the questionnaire and checklist scores for the intervention group were 155.47 ± 13.34 and 143.23 ± 17.28 before training, and 165.62 ± 4.26 and 10.82 ± 10.82 after training, respectively. a significant difference was observed in the intervention group (p<0.001), with a mean score of 164.06. in the control group, there was no significant difference after the intervention (p < 0.05). the questionnaire and checklist scores after the educational intervention in both the control and intervention groups (p < 0.001) demonstrate the effectiveness of the education in the intervention group.conclusion: the study results indicate that designing an educational program based on ethical standards compliance levels, conducting needs assessments, and providing training courses can enhance nurses’ moral performance.
