خدمات سلامت روان در بین افراد تراجنسیتی: مطالعه مروری نظام‌مند

زمینه و هدف: افراد تراجنسیتی در معرض خطر بالایی از ابتلا به مشکلات سلامت روان هستند. این افراد برای دسترسی به خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی با مشکلات زیادی مواجه هستند. اطلاعات بسیار کمی از نیاز افراد تراجنسیتی به خدمات درمانی و نگرانی‌های این افراد در این زمینه وجود دارد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی خدمات سلامت روان و نیاز افراد تراجنسیتی می‌باشد که در آن نگرش و تجربیات افراد تراجنسیتی بررسی شده است.مواد و روش‌ها: به‌منظور انتخاب مطالعات مرتبط به زبان انگلیسی در پایگاه های science direct , google scholar ,web of science , pubmed ، scopus، psych info، psych lit وsociological abstracts در محدوده زمانی 2010 تا 2022، کلیدواژه های انگلیسی trans، transgender،trans phobia، gender dysphoria، mental health، mental health service و همچنین در پایگاه های داخلی از جمله پایگاه‌های اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی (sid)، پرتال جامع علوم انسانی و سیویلیکا، کلیدواژه های ترنس، تراجنسیتی، ترنس‌هراسی، نارضایتی جنسیتی، سلامت روان و خدمات سلامت روان جستجو شد که از میان 231 مطالعه، در نهایت تعداد 12 مقاله برای بررسی انتخاب شدند.یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش معضلات کلیدی در خصوص افراد تراجنسیتی برجسته شده است. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که از جمله این معضلات می توان به دسترسی به خدمات درمانی متناسب با نیاز افراد تراجنسیتی و ضرورت توسعه خدمات سلامت روان برای این افراد اشاره کرد.نتیجه‌گیری: می توان گفت خدمات درمانی متناسب با نیاز افراد تراجنسیتی وجود ندارد و به‌منظور بهبود کیفیت زندگی این افراد نیاز به توسعه خدمات سلامت روان و آموزش متخصصان وجود دارد.

mental health services for transgender people: a systematic review study

introduction: transgender people are vulnerable to a high risk of mental health problems. these people face many problems in accessing health services. there is very little information about the needs of transgender people for health care and their concerns in this regard. this study aimed to examine the mental health services and needs of transgender people and their attitudes and experiences.materials and methods: to select english-related studies in the databases of science direct, google scholar, web of science, pubmed, scopus, psych info, psych lit, and sociological abstracts, the english keywords trans, transgender, transphobia, gender dysphoria, mental health, and mental health service were searched from 2010 to 2022. also, for persian articles, the equivalent persian keywords were searched in internal databases of the university jihad scientific database (sid), comprehensive humanities, and civilica portal.  finally, out of 231 studies, 12 articles were selected for review.results: this study highlights the main challenges of transgender people. the results of this study showed that some of these challenges include access to health services tailored to the needs of transgender people and the need to develop mental health services for these people.conclusion: we can conclude that there are no medical services that meet the needs of transgender people and to improve the quality of life of these people, there is a need to develop mental health services and train specialists.
