تاثیر آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی با رویکرد دینی بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای و اهمال‌کاری شغلی کارکنان علوم پزشکی سبزوار

زمینه و هدف: مهارت‌های ارتباطی مجموعه‌ای از مهارت‌ها است که می‌تواند سبب برقراری تعامل مطلوب بین افراد و گروه‌ها در سازمان شود و زمینة رشد اخلاق حرفه‌ای و اهمال‌کاری کارکنان را فراهم سازد. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیرآموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی با رویکرد دینی براخلاق حرفه‌ای و اهمال‌کاری شغلی کارکنان انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ ها: این پژوهش تجربی از نوع پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش را تمامی کارکنان اداری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار در سال 1395 تشکیل دادند که 80 نفر از آن‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و به صورت گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 40 نفر) جای گرفتند. گروه مداخله 6 جلسة 90 دقیقه‌ای آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی با رویکرد دینی را دریافت کردند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد اخلاق حرفه‌ای و اهمال‌کاری استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزارspss22 و از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی (کوواریانس) استفاده شد.یافته ‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی با رویکرد دینی بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای (5.123 = f، 0.05p< ) و اهمال‌کاری شغلی (1.944 = f، 0.05p< ) تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته است.نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی با رویکرد دینی می‌تواند موجب افزایش اخلاق حرفه‌ای و کاهش اهمال‌کاری کارکنان خواهد شد.

The effect training of communication skills with a religious approach on professional ethics and procrastination in Employees of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences

Background and aim: Communication skills are a set of skills that can lead to an optimal interaction between individuals and groups within the organization and provide ground for professional ethics and staff procrastination. Accordingly, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of training of communication skills with religious approach to professional ethics and occupational hardship of employees.Materials and methods: This study is experimental and used pretestposttest with control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of administrative staff of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences in 1395, 80 of them were selected by simple random sampling and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups (40 individuals each). The intervention group received 6 sessions of 90 minutes and during 6 weeks, they received communication skills with religious approach training and did not see the educational control group. For collecting data, standard questionnaires of professional ethics and procrastination were used.
