مقایسه تاثیر آموزش گزارش‌نویسی برمبنای تفکر نقادانه با آموزش روتین بر مهارت‌های ثبت گزارش پرستاران و ماماها در بیمارستان مبینی شهرستان سبزوار

زمینه و هدف: گزارش‌نویسی، عمده‌ترین راه ارتباطی بین مراقبین بالینی، شامل پرستاران و ماماها می‌باشد. مطالعات نشان داده است که میزان خطاهای گزارش‌نویسی در ایران قابل‌توجه است و یکی از علل عمده آن آموزش‌های ناکافی در زمینه گزارش‌نویسی می‌باشد؛ از این رو آموزش گزارش‌نویسی می‌تواند عملکرد مراقبین بالینی در این زمینه را بهبود بخشد. هدف این مطالعه، مقایسه آموزش مهارت‌های گزارش‌نویسی برمبنای تفکر نقادانه با روش روتین بود.مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی دو گروهه قبل بعد روی 70 نفر از پرسنل پرستاری و مامایی انجام شد. در ابتدا روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت تصادفی ساده بود. سپس نمونه‌ها با تخصیص تصادفی در گروهای تجربی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. مهارت‌های گزارش‌نویسی پرستاران و ماماها قبل و بعد از آموزش در سه نوبت مختلف با استفاده از چک‌لیست استاندارد وزارت بهداشت و درمان سنجیده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 20 و آزمون t تست و رگرسیون خطی انجام شد.یافته‌ها: مقایسه میانگین نمرات عملکرد پرستاران و ماماها در دو گروه آموزش روتین و آموزش با تفکر نقادانه، اختلاف معنی‌داری نشان داد (p>0/05 ). در هر دو گروه، میانگین نمره عملکرد پرستاران در زمینه گزارش‌نویسی، اختلاف معنی‌داری قبل و بعد از آموزش نشان داد (p<0.001) ولی میانگین نمرات در گروه تفکر انتقادی بالاتر بود. بین سابقه کار، رشته و مدرک تحصیلی و مهارت‌های گزارش‌نویسی، ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (p>0/05). نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش گزارش‌نویسی برمبنای تفکر نقادانه مهارت‌های گزارش‌نویسی پرستاران و ماماها، موثرتر از آموزش‌های روتین درون‌بخشی می‌باشد.

Comparison the Effect of Nursing Record Educatoin Based on Critical Thinking with Routine Educatoin on Nurses and Midwives Record Skills in Sabzevar Mobini Hospital

Introduction: Nursing record is the most important communication method between clinical caregivers including nurses & midwives. Studies have shown that recording errors is considerable among Iranian   nurses. Insufficient education in the field of recording is of a significant. Cause. So, recording education can improve clinical caregivers' performance in this field. The aim of this study was comparison the effect of nursing record educatoin based on critical thinking with rutine method.Materials and Methods: This quasiexperimental study of two groups before and after was carried out on 70 nursing and midwifery personnel.at first, sampling method was simple randomization. Then, samples randomly assigned to the experiment and control groups. The recording skills of nurses and midwives assessed before and after using the standard checklist of the Ministry of Health and Treatment in three different times. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 20 and ttest,and  linear regression test.Results: Comparison the mean scores of nurses' performance in two groups of routine and critical thinking education did not show significant difference before education.(P>0/05). There was significant difference between the mean score of nurses' performance in two groups before and after education (P<0.001). But, the mean scores was higher in critical thinking group. There was no significant differences between work experience, field, and grade, with recording skills (P>0/05).Conclusion: Nursing record educatoin based on critical thinking is more effective than intraward routine educations.
