کرونا ویروس جدید(covid19) در بارداری و زایمان: مطالعه مروری

زمینه  عفونت‌های نوظهور، تاثیر بسیاری بر سلامتی مادران باردار و جنین آنها دارد. با توجه به اهمیت ابتلا به این ویروس در دوره بارداری و با توجه به نوظهور بودن این ویروس و محدود بودن مطالعات در زمینه پیامدهای ابتلا به این بیماری در دوره بارداری، این مطالعه مروری با هدف جمع‌بندی مطالعات گزارش شده در زمینه ابتلا به covid19 در بارداری و زایمان انجام شده است.روش کار در این مطالعه مروری، از تمامی مطالعات انجام شده به زبان انگلیسی در زمینه covd19 در بارداری و زایمان از سال 2019 تا مارس 2020، در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتیscopus  ، google scholar, pubmed ، science direct،  cochrane و از کلیدواژه‌های covid19, sarscov2 ,coronavirus2019, 2019ncov, pregnancy,  deliveryا استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها در این مطالعات، در مجموع به بررسی 103 مادر باردار مبتلا به covid19 و پیامد مادری و نوزادی آنها و میزان ابتلای نوزادان مادران مبتلا به covid19 پرداخته‌اند. اکثر مطالعات گزارش شده در شهرهای مختلف کشور چین بوده است. در مقالات بررسی شده، مادران باردار مبتلا، بررسی شدند.نتیجه‌گیری بر اساس یافته‌های گزارش شده، تا کنون انتقال عمودی مادر به جنین گزارش نشده است و پیامد مادری و نوزادی در تمامی مطالعات خوب گزارش شده، تمامی نمونه‌های مایع آمنیوتیک، جفت، شیر مادران و نمونه ترشحات واژینال بر اساس مطالعات انجام شده از نظر covid19 منفی بودند و هیچ مورد از مرگ مادر (تا زمان انجام این مطالعه) گزارش نشده است. در حال حاضر، با توجه به نبود درمان و واکسن موثر، بهترین راه مقابله با این بیماری، اجتناب از آلودگی و جلوگیری از انتشار آن از طریق اقدامات محافظتی و بهداشت شخصی می‌باشد.

Coronavirus (19) in Pregnancy and Childbirth: A Review Study

Introduction: Emerging infections have a great impact on the health of pregnant mothers and their fetuses. Due to the importance of contracting this virus during pregnancy and due to the emergence of this virus and the limited number of studies on the consequences of contracting this disease during pregnancy, this review study aims to summarize the reported studies on covid19 infection. Performed during pregnancy and childbirth.Materials and Methods: In this study, a review of all studies conducted in English on covd19 in pregnancy and childbirth from 2019 to March 2020, in the databases Scopus, Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science Direct, Cochrane, and keywords covid19, sarscov2, coronavirus2019, 2019ncov, pregnancy, delivery.Results: In these studies, a total of 103 pregnant mothers with covid19 and their maternal and neonatal outcome and the incidence of infants of mothers with covid19 were studied. Most of the studies reported in different cities of China were. Pregnant mothers have been examined.Conclusion: Based on the reported findings, vertical transmission of mother to fetus has not been reported so far and maternal and neonatal outcome have been reported in all wellstudied studies, all samples of amniotic fluid, placenta, breast milk and vaginal discharge samples based on studies. COVID19 was negative and no maternal deaths were reported at the time of this study. Currently, due to the lack of effective treatment and vaccines, the best way to deal with this disease is to avoid infection and prevent its spread through protective measures and personal hygiene.
