بررسی مخاطرات شغلی اتاق عمل و علت های بروز آن در پرستاران اتاق عمل مرکز آموزشی _ درمانی الزهرا

زمینه و هدف: یکی از واحدهای مهم بیمارستان که در آن مخاطرات زیادی اتفاق می افتد، اتاق عمل است. یکی از گروه های مهمی که در اتاق عمل در معرض این مخاطرات قرار دارند، پرستاران اتاق عمل می باشند. با توجه به این که مطالعات اندکی در مورد فراوانی و علت های مخاطراتی که برای پرستاران اتاق عمل اتفاق می افتد وجود دارد، مطالعه ی حاضر با هدف تعیین توزیع فراوانی مخاطرات شغلی اتاق عمل و علت های بروز مخاطرات، انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش توصیفی مقطعی، ابزار گرد آوری داده ها پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته ای بود که در آن علاوه بر انواع مخاطرات، علت بروز مخاطرات نیز مورد پرسش قرار گرفته بود. نمونه ها به شیوه ی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. یافته ها: از میان 70 نفر پرستار اتاق عمل، 45 نفر پرسشنامه ها ی مربوطه را پر نمودند. داده ها با نرم افزار spss آنالیز گردید. در میان مخاطرات شغلی اتاق عمل، مخاطرات شیمیایی با میانگین تعداد دفعات مواجهه 26.09 بار، پر مواجهه ترین مخاطره بوده است. مخاطرات ارگونومیک با میانگین تعداد دفعات مواجهه 10.38و مخاطرات تصادفی با میانگین تعداد دفعات مواجهه 10.04به ترتیب در جایگاه دوم و سوم قرار دارند. نتیجه گیری: پرستاران اتاق عمل دچار مخاطرات گوناگونی میشوند. بعضی از علت های بروز این مخاطرات با برنامه ریزی ساده و هزینه ی پایین قابل برطرف شدن هستند. برطرف نمودن این علت ها می توان تاثیر بالایی در کاهش بروز مخاطرات، کاهش هزینه ها و افزایش کیفیت اتاق عمل داشته باشد

Investigating occupational hazards of the operating room and the causes of its occurrence in the operating room nurses of alZahra Medical Center

Introduction:One of the important units in hospital where there is a lot of hazard, is the operating room. One of the most important groups that is exposure to these hazards are operation room nurses. Given that there are few studies on the abundance and causes of hazards for operating room nurses, The presents study was conducted with the aim of determining the occupational hazards evaluation of the operating room and the causes of the it.Material and method: In this descriptive crosssectional study, the data gathering tool was a researchermade questionnaire in which besides a variety of hazards, the causes of the hazards were also questioned. Samples were selected in an accessible manner.Result:Of the 70 operating room nurses, 45 completed the questionnaires. Data were analyzed by SPSS software. Among the operational hazards of the operating room, chemical hazards were the most endangered by the average exposure of 26.09 times. Ergonomic hazards with an average number of exposure times of 10.38 and accidental hazards with an average number of exposures of 10.44 are second and third respectively .ConclusionOperating room nurses exposure to different hazards. Some of the causes of these hazards can be resolved with simple planning and low cost. Elimination of these causes can have a great impact on reducing risks, reducing costs and improving the quality of the operating room.Key words: Occupational hazards, operating room nurses, operating room
